the misplaced fears of commercial real estate. during a debate/conversation with @ayeshaselden about wealth in real estate, tech money, taxes, etc. I thought about the importance of investing in commercial real estate and why the government provides tax benefits for real estate investing. everyone wants to be invested in tech, crypto, NFT’s and other digital assets. while there is money to be made, none of those things can exist without commercial real estate (a finite tangible asset). there can be no tesla without plants to build. there can be no amazon without warehousing. there is no facebook without space for servers. more importantly, there can be no black business without accessible and affordable spaces to incubate! https://www.instagram.com/p/CVmS61KLYFN/?utm_medium=tumblr
