"Manifesting" is a technique to get what you want. Why use a technique to get what you want when your whole life and reality can be what you want? Why use a technique when you can just get what you want? Cut out the middleman. It's a limiting mentality to think that you have to manifest to get what you want, that manifesting is the only way to get what you want/your only hope at getting what you want, or that getting what you want is conditional. Just assume, know it's done, and carry on with your life.
And don't worry about others "agreeing with you about what reality is" because EIYPO. Reality agrees with YOU, not the other way around. Plus, you're allowed to have your own beliefs and others can have theirs.

I have so many regrets in life that I started seeing shifting as an opportunity to fix everything I feel has been wrong with my life. But it's upsetting, I dont want to see shifting as an escape but more as an option to experience. And I start wanting to shift just for the sole reason to fix my mistakes or go back to the past, so even if Im not able to shift, my mind is still in the past. DO YOU FINALLY WANT TO SHIFT BUT EVERY TIME YOU SET THE INTENTION, NOTHING HAPPENS?!
*I'll refer to the Nervous System as NS.
Turns out, that's actually not a surprise.
Here is what I want you to remember:
Your subconscious already knows you want to shift. It doesn't need convincing or re-programming. It's been hearing you the entire time. No exceptions. It always hears you. It hears you when you affirm once, it hears when you've affirmed 12.000 times.
2. Your nervous system is ACTUALLY the deciding factor for shifting/manifesting. You see. Your subconscious loves you and actually looks at your NS to decide how you truly feel about ANYTHING. The NS is how you actually perceive the world but it goes deeper than that. How you think, feel and act is a direct RESULT of how safe or afraid your NS is. If you want a million dollars but you've never had that much money, have doubts and fears about money in general, your NS already learned that large amounts of money aren't safe. Your NS is like an extension of your Ego. It dictates what you're cool with and what stresses you out. It regulates your responses to everything.
Now remember shifting. You consciously really want to shift to your DR. It's amazing there. You're rich, beautiful, talented, maybe an influencer by day and a demon slayer by night. Whatever the case may be.
Now you have to put yourself in the shoes of your NS. Have you ever been rich? Extremely Successful? Insanely Talented? An influencer or demon slayer?
No. Probably not.
These things are incredibly unfamiliar to the NS. It's new. It's weird. It's dangerous. It doesn't know what to do with a reality like that. So it decides "Man, better not do that because I don't feel like that'll be safe for us." (Your NS really just wants to protect you. Don't be mad at it.)
And before you think/say: "Well that's bullshit. I can just decide I'll shift and that's that. I am in control. I already know that I can have what I want."
I hear you. 100% agree. No objection.
But peep this. Your confidence levels are also directly linked to how confident your Nervous System feels around your chosen topic. Shucks amirite. You can want shit all you want but If you don't feel secure or at least hopeful/open to it, your NS is going to flag it as "F this. We think we want this but the past has shown us that this can be really bad. We also lowkey don't think we deserve good things and they'll be taken away from us". (Ya'll remember people coming up with the shifting police? xD)
Good news is, your NS can be âregulatedâ
You're probably familiar with the concept of doing something you're scared of for exposure therapy. The more you do it, the more familiar and safe it feels. Unfortunately, some, can't just go shift to expose themselves to the familiarity of it. So, what now?
Here's what you can do about that dilemma. Talk to your Nervous System! Meditate. Connect with it. Explain your DR to your NS like you're introducing it to a friend. Reassure it. Generally spend more time relaxing. A NS in constant stress/fight or flight is kind of hard to convince about the safety of anything. It's not impossible!!! But why choose an uphill battle.
Also, VISUALIZE. Imagining having what you want, in whatever way that feels best to you, gets your NS used to the concept of having what you want.
You know why meditation and methods for shifting actually work? You calm your NS to the point of ZERO resistance. It's so absorbed in feeling comfortable and steady that it can't register any doubt. All it hears is "We're so comfortable and safe. My person is really relaxed about shifting right now. It must be safe to let go. We are open to the experience. Let's shift."
This is also why manifesting in general works. You ever notice how small insignificant stuff manifests easily? It's because your NS doesn't see it as a threat. Doesn't matter If you get it or not get it. Your life doesn't depend on the outcome of the manifestation so it completely opens up to this experience. Then all of a sudden, that thing you wanted is before you.
For anyone saying that the NS is just a physical construct of the body and shouldn't have any say over your Awareness shifting to a different place. You're not wrong. Your awareness does not need permission from your NS to shift. But your awareness needs permission from YOU to shift. If your persona/ego is afraid of this shift in awareness, your NS will react with "This is not safe." which will prompt you to abandon your shifting attempt and your subconscious will say "Alright, Boss. Not today. Keep the 3D persistent with what's familiar to the NS."
Little piece of advice:
If your first DR is a scary one. Maybe don't pick that one as your first destination. By "scary" I mean, very unfamiliar to you. That being said, I am sure all of us have a WR (Waiting Room) and If not, I highly suggest one.
A safe space. A safe haven. A place where you feel all of your criteria are met. You're safe, you're in control, you're the Alpha and Omega in that space. No scary people, monsters, scary encounters and scenarios, no uncertainty. Just absolute Peace. If you haven't yet, script a place like that. Make it as non-triggering as possible.
Roll the idea of your WR around in your head. Familiarize yourself with how your chosen place feels so that you can confidently shift.
Alternatively, pick a reality that's very close to your CR. That way shifting feels more like manifesting, which might feel safer to you.
Trust yourself. Trust your subconscious. Trust your NS.
As always, stay hydrated. And, I am working on a subliminal to make shifting feel natural to the NS atm.
I know I can change my whole life if I want to, whether shifting or manifesting or whatever. I know that. But I get stuck on myself and my problems and my life that I just sit there self-pitying myself. Sure, I can shift to my dream life, sure it hasn't worked yet but who cares, honestly, I just have to keep trying. But instead of doing that, I lament myself, so sad my life, so sad my situation.
Maybe it will take my whole life until I shift, or manifest what I want, maybe it won't, it's not really the point here. I just wish I didnt give up so easily. It hurts when it doesn't work, sure, but it will, so why do I get so stuck in that?
What a privilege it is to know about shifting and be overwhelmed by possibilities. Overwhelmed isn't always a bad feeling if it coming from a place of flow of emotions of being able to do whatever you want and be wherever you wanna be

NO. listen. this is simple. (and yes i will bring that up). the reason you want those things so badly is because your "future self" (state of the wish fulfilled now) already has them.
the reason you don't see what you want is because: your 3D hasnât aligned yet. you havenât aligned with your "future self" (state of the wish fulfilled now) yet.
THE REASON people say "you already have your desires": is not so you can be delusional and imagine things but not really have them. it's because they want you to understand that you and your "future self" are NOT separate entities. been paying attention to me saying "state of the wish fulfilled now?"
youâre ONE person. there is only NOW. when you understand this, when you completely step into the state of the wish fulfilled now, YOU can manifest instantly and see it in the 3D. you won't be imagining, you won't be desiring, you'll be having.
TIME (the thing that separates your present self from your future self) is a construct made up by humans, and weâve been conditioned to think everything has to âtake time.â that conditioning is literally the only reason you donât shift instantly or manifest instantly.
of course, you don't HAVE to manifest instantly, because no matter what, you will manifest PERIOD.
but i will teach you how to step into the state of the wish fulfilled now, therefore allowing you to manifest instantly. less imagining, more having.

i have foolproof methods that allowed me to start manifesting things instantly (seconds or under an hour!!)
FIRST METHOD:
my fav vocal technique (an affirmation i say once out loud):
âI am not available to live in a reality in whichâŠâ
for example: if you want to get rid of a headache, say: âI am no longer available to live in a reality in which I have a headache.â (iâve gotten rid of headaches instantly like this.) i do this while looking up towards the sky / ceiling.
the reason this works is because youâre saying it with full belief that you donât have that headache anymore. youâre aligning with the version of you who doesnât have it. the 3D submits because youâve claimed the position of your future self. words have power when you claim them with certainty.
things IâVE manifested with this
- headaches gone
- plans cancelled
- prettier face
- clearer skin
- skinnier
- subliminals working instantly
things YOU can manifest:
- all of the above
- the 3D aligning instantly (âI am no longer available to live in a reality in which the 3D does not align with my desires instantly.â)
- master manifester (âI am no longer available to live in a reality in which what I want does not manifest instantly.â)
- master shifter ("I am no longer available to live in a reality in which shifting is not something I can do easily." Though the way I personally manifest shifting is saying "I am no longer available to live in a reality in which i cannot shift from wherever i want, to wherever i want, whenever i want, instantly and accurately, in my sleep or in the blink of an eye." )
A mouthful, I know, but you don't have to say it often, and I like being specific. Just once works, unless you'd like to robotic affirm, and then you can simplify it.
and you can add on the double whammy: âI am living in a reality / only available to live in a reality in which [I am headache-free! / my desire is already mine!]â
SECOND METHOD:
acting as though i already have it, and that it is coming, therefore eliminating worry.
âHave faith in God. Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be taken up and thrown into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." (Mark 11:22-24
when someone asks you, "hey are you a shifter?" say: "yeah a master shifter! i shift whenever i want, and it's so easy!"
when you look in the mirror and your skin isn't clear, look closer and notice how it actually IS clearing up!
Neville said the âouter worldâ (3D) is a shadow of the inner imaginal world (4D). it always lags behind your inner state until the assumption is stable.
tldr: if you assume it's there, it's there. it's gonna show up because you assume it's there.
big vs small manifests:
i personally believe there is no difference between manifesting something as small as a headache or something as âbigâ as a house or a shift to Hogwarts. theyâre the same. there are no big or small manifests, so get out of that mindset.
whether itâs âsmallâ or âbig,â you donât need to figure out how. you only assume the wish fulfilled, feel it real, and let it be. and if you want it to unfold instantly, it will, because you have that power.
restaurant metaphor moment:
you donât order food at a restaurant and then wonder which waiterâs gonna bring it, or how the chefâs making it, or what plate itâs coming on. you just order and then you know itâs coming. period.
manifesting is the same. you âorderâ it, therefore itâs yours. it will come. know that. again, your future self has it, so you will too, because you are the same person, nothing separates you.
want it to arrive faster? like i said before: align with the you that already has it. the 3D has no choice but to submit.
HOW do you do this? persist in the assumption that youâre already a master manifester, that your skin is clear, that youâre a master shifter, that shifting is easy-peasy for you. once you assume your desire is already real, it is.
"i don't need to worry or even think about it, i already am. it will come because it's guaranteed, because i already have it."
extra tip:
you don't only have to say it once! keep reminding yourself, because sometimes we doubt and that's okay. (you can even affirm using that! "even if i doubt, i know i'll get it." "what am i thinking? i already know i'm.." "LMAO dk why i'm doubting, i'm already")
but despite the doubts, you want what you want and just because of that desire to align with your desires, you will get it!
last bonus abt affirmations (SUPER IMPORTANT!!!!!!)
IN MY OPINION, affirming is only useful when you feel. put emotions into it. anger, sadness, happiness, joy, gratefulness, put that into your words. charge them with emotional energy. words mean nothing unless they have actual emotion behind them.
the key is to feel and assume and therefore KNOW that you're in the state of the wish fulfilled.
say it once with full belief, or repeat until it feels natural but donât do it mechanically (without emotion). do it to anchor the state.

I saw in one of your posts that you don't really want to give advice or make guides so you don't need to answer this question if you don't want to of course. I would be glad though if you could share your personal opinion on this :)
It's often talked about how you are the key and that you have to look within to find answers/ find out what works for you. I completely agree with that but I don't really understand how I can ask myself something and get the answer. Like I really tried it sometimes to sit down and seriously ask myself the question 'what works for me?' but I don't really get to an answer.
Idk if this sounds stupid because I know that I make the rules and that I decide what works. It's just so demotivating and exhausting sometimes when you don't see the results that you want even though you did everything right (because it's always said that you aren't doing anything wrong).

what I like about this is not the method itself, but the fact that this user recognized what they needed and adapted their method to fit that đđŒ
you donât need a method. but this is what everyone means when they say FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU. what resonates with you? what makes the most sense for you? what makes you feel good?
How I shifted + entered the void recently by controlling my eyes
Putting the step-by-step first so people donât have to hear me yap (which I will anyway, because I have to tell you why this works and why I figured out that letting your eyes go unfocused is the mind awake/body asleep killer. Or justâŠ.the killer in general).
1) Be tired as fuck. Do I recommend staying up until 3 am? Absolutely. Do I recommend sleep-deprivation? Perhaps. Do I recommend wbtb? Yes because thatâs probably the least harmful time to do this. The real key here is you need to be TIRED. Like âI could pass out mid-sentenceâ tired. Or if you have chronic insomnia, just the usual time youâd usually pass out anyway is fine.
2) Close your eyes and notice how they feel. Then notice the difference between that, and when they start to unfocus/ zone out. Because there is a difference. And youâre able to feel it. And when you do realize that they unfocus/zone out, you just caught the murderer. Call the police.
3) Now that you know the difference, your entire mission = keep your eyes from unfocusing. Youâve got two main ways to do this: the first is that, whenever you notice them unfocus, you move your eyes up, down, left, and right to refocus them. It doesnât have to be in that specific order, but the point is to move them around so they refocus and snap back to being alert.
OR. The other way to do this: Itâs basically like fake-blinking with your eyes closed. You just give a few quick light squeezes, then relax back to neutral. Just a fast âblinkâ motion while your eyes are already shut, enough to reset them back to that fresh just-closed feeling. (try blinking with your eyes closed right now, itâs basically that).
4) âBut what if Iâm lying there for hours??â Thatâs why you do this when youâre tired as hell, and not when youâre just casually going to bed. Also, tell your body straight up: âYeah, thatâs right, weâre gonna be here for hours.â Donât commit to anything else, because why would you? Eventually the body will panic like âOh shit, they mean businessâ and fall asleep âwhile keeping you awake. And then congrats, youâre wide open to shift, lucid dream, void, whatever your heart desires.
So wtf do eyes have to do with sleep?
Well, sleeping is literally the final boss, isnât it? half the time you fail because you knock out too quickly. Or we stay up all night like crackheads. Or you just âŠsleep. Like, congrats, you passed out, no shift, no method, no HOPE.
And I thought âhow do we even know weâre about to fall asleep?â Sure, thereâs the brain soup nonsense thoughts, maybe a slideshow of weird half-dream images,, but the real giveaway is usually your eyes. The second your eyes start to unfocus (when your vision gets that zoned-out glaze) youâre already halfway gone. Doesnât even matter if youâve got insomnia, if your eyes do that thing, your brain will follow.
So alright, thatâs the enemy if your shifting/void journey feels like a constant 1v1 between you and sleep, and sleep keeps winning. Why? Because your eyes are tied into your alertness more than you think. When you zone out, your gaze drifts, and your brain takes that as a signal itâs safe to start shutting down. But if you snap your focus back even just a littleâ youâre tossing enough input at your brain to keep it hanging on. Translation: your body can slide toward sleep, while your mind stays just awake enough.
How I applied them
#1 on the test run that actually dumped me into the void (and let me shift out of it) was the little âup, down, left, rightâ trick. I lied down on my side âmy sleep instantly position. Then as soon as my brain started creating random nonsense (the âwhat would making soup in a canoe be like?â thoughts), I took that as a sign that my body was ready to sleep. Every time my eyes started to glaze over, I snapped them back, moving my gaze under my eyelidsâ up, down, left, right â like I was dragging myself back.
So I just kept doing it. Every time my eyelids went heavy and slack, Iâd flick my gaze around, and it worked. I felt that pull (you know that falling sensation) and I was in the void. It freaked me out so bad because I wasnât expecting it, then I panic-shifted to my main DR.
AND THEN the most obvious way to keep them from slacking hit me last night. Like. How has this not been my main method since forever?? I swear Iâm an idiot sometimes.
I realized that to do this, I donât even need to move my eyes around. If the whole problem is them going slack, then the fix is stupidly simple: just blink with your eyes closed. Like a little squint â almost like youâre fake-blinking under your eyelids.
Every time I felt them sliding into that unfocused/zoned-out state, Iâd just give that quick closed-eyelid blink. It immediately reset them back to neutral, like how they feel the instant you first shut your eyes.
And once you get that, thatâs literally all you do: whenever your eyes try to go slack, just give that quick blink, and they snap right back. Your body keeps drifting toward sleep while your eyes (and awareness) stay locked in.
I tried this at around 2-3 am last night (more like, today) and my brain immediately started screaming âFUCK, THIS MAKES SO MUCH SENSE.â
I slipped into the void so fast I actually snapped back out because I was SO MAD it worked and I hadnât thought of it sooner. Then I fell asleep, and in the dream someone literally told me âyou better wake up and try that method again.â So I did, because idk if itâs bad luck to ignore dream characters (it was Oliver Putnam from OMITB, if anyone cares,, I was morally obligated to follow his advice)
I woke up tired as hell, about to knock out again, but this time instead of staring into the black or moving my eyes around, I just kept them in that neutral âjust closedâ state and, whenever they started to go slack, gave a quick blink under my eyelids.
