i hate to ask people to do things for me, but iâm desperate and really need help. my parents kicked me out when i turned 18 and iâve been living with a friend and her family ever since. iâm doing training for a job right now, but i wonât start for another week. we need to move out as soon as i can provide a monthly income statement, but in the job iâm training for its very hard to produce a solid income the first month. waiting two months will be very difficult, if not impossible.
would anyone please be willing to do a money spell for me? all of my materials were left at my parents house so i have no way of accessing them. if i donât make a good amount of money in this job the first month i honestly donât know where iâll end up. i didnât know who else to ask, but thank you very much for reading.
i can provide any details you need and i can even pay you in september if i get the money

Environmental Witchery
I would truly love to think itâs at the top of our to do lists to be good people. I would love to think that and also see it put into place. We can pray to our gods for others, we can (consensually) do a kind spell or sigil for them too, and itâs all well and good. But what can we do for the environment? I got you covered, letâs take a look at my many ideas on how you can be a conscious witch for natureâs sake!
But, Ariel, donât you usually use a million links in your posts? This is true, but Iâm writing this based on everything my amazing teacher taught me back in my Environmental Science class in college. Except without all the big science words because I didnât do great at that part, however, I did great at solutions and human theory, which is exactly what we want here. So, I encourage you so much to be inspired by this and look for more sources online! Never stop reading on what you can do to help the environment!
And without further ado, this is a quick stop of A-level Environmental Science by someone who cannot for the life of them remember terminology, woo!
Devote An Activity
Whether this be an organised beach clean up, picking up trash on a footpath, helping a charity store or a petition sign up, or any other environmental activity, devote it to your deity/ies! Just some examples would be going to a beach clean up and praying or just speaking in your mind to, say, Poseidon about how you honour him with this action.
Side note, itâs also a good meditative practice as you clean something up or fulfil a list/sheet.
Pick Organic
You guys thought this was just about shopping, didnât you? Well, it isnât, but I do want to say that if you can buy organic you should consider it because it means no artificial chemicals and fertilisers have touched the food. Farmers have to leave previously chemically-touched land to rinse itself and be scientifically declared ânaturalâ again before using it for organics, so when you buy organic, itâs a sign to farmers that itâs worth their time and money!
But no, this is about how you can make sure your plants are organic. Put down the chemical pest control and pick up your phone to research! Something as simple as a two foot board can keep out carrot flies, or planting marigolds and keeping coin or egg shell barriers can stop slugs. Thereâs alternatives and theyâre usually fun to learn about, interesting to undertake, cheaper for your wallet, and better on your little plants and environmental microcosm you have going on there.
Plant Cloning
So plant cloning can be easy or difficult depending on the species at hand, but for the most part all you do is take a cutting, snip it diagonally, and put it in water until it sprouts roots and can be planted. This is called micropropagation, but itâs also some pretty awesome green witchery if you ask me!
You can do this for your herbs so you donât have to buy more, which is good for your purse, but I also thought that if you consider yourself a good gardener with abundant native wildflowers nearby, or some in your garden, why not try your hand at cloning one? Native wildflowers are the absolute best thing for your native pollinators (did you know some wasp and fly species are also pollinators? Itâs not just bees!) Not only that but also native plants are a really good thing to encourage right now because in our current era weâre seeing the negative effects of invasive species. Rhodendrons are a famous invasive plant around the world because it just grows⌠All year⌠All the time⌠Swallowing anything in its path. It also happens with fauna species: Harlequin ladybirds, cane toads, west african giant killer snails (which Iâm sure wasnât the actual name, or was it?), european rabbits, and so on and so forth. Now, we canât fix the fauna part, but we can do our own little bit for the flora part. Also, if you manage to grow wildflowers, youâve beat my environmental science professor because he could never get them to survive in his garden, so props to you!
Create Habitats
This is a really great one you probably see people do all the time but never considered to be witchy. Buy birdboxes (or make some!), set up bee-friendly hives (have you see the nests you can get? Google!), but also consider actually leaving dead wood around. I can see the confusion you have right now, but hereâs the thing: a fallen tree is an ecosystem for all manners of insects. It creates another level of ecosystem within the bigger environment. For instance, if you go to a nature reserve, ever notice they donât cut the trees down at the same times? Forgive me, Richard (my enviro teacher), for I have sinned and forgotten the name of the method, but itâs done because it creates different types of environment. Where the trees are pollarded and light hits the floor, flowers may grow and that encourages certain types of fauna. Where the trees create a canopy overhead and the ground is left to be darker and cooler, it again attracts different species. In this same way, a fallen tree is great for certain species. Give it a little research and see what you could attract by leaving that log out a little longer!
Act Consciously
Iâm not even kidding with you: trampling is actually a really serious issue with environmental protection and reserves. It straight up makes it onto the Legal Quantative Sheet Thing that people have to fill out when trying to assess if the plans for the land are going to be a gain or loss. Itâs why you see designated footpaths and raised walkboards in SSSIs (Sites of Special Scientific Interest) and various other areas of designated protection. Itâs really important we think more about how our visit reflects the visit of many. To throw some Kantian Ethics in here, using one of the three maxims, we should think universally. This means we should assume when we do an action, it permits everyone else in the world to do it and they have also done it. When you walk off the boards which are clearly labelled not to, so does everyone else. When you litter, so does everyone else. Honestly Kantâs maxims are a really good way to encourage yourself to be a more ethical person. Just donât read too much into his whole ethical theory. Itâll hurt your brain. Anyway! Hereâs things to try to be more conscious of actively doing:
Pick up litter
Stay on designated paths
Use walkboards when provided
Step around flora where possible
If it says keep your dog on a lead itâll be because of the wildlife there - usually for safety both ways - so do so until you get to the lead-free zone
Visit the visitors centre to learn more about helping the site or what native plants they have
Donât practice activities banned in the area, as in fires or driving, because itâs probably because the environment canât take it
Just donât invade natureâs space, friendsssss
Donate A Little
Sometimes, nature runs low on funds. If youâve got ÂŁ2 for the charity bin to help your local reserve build a visitors centre, why not chip in? Visitors centres allow for education of the public and also visiting school groups. Itâs places like that that teach you information like this.
Pray
Simple one here, folks. In between the prayers to deities and thanks and wants or whatever you happen to pray for, pray for the environment. Yours or globally. Also pray for general world atrocities, but thatâs another post.
Compost
Literally everything made of some natural material is compostable somehow if you do your research on what conditions and so on, but at the very least all your vegetable peels and fruit slices can be left to one side to decompose into dead organic matter. Dead organic matter is like gold to plants because its natural nutrients which seep back into the soil which originated from the earth anyway! You get to decrease what you send to landfill whilst also giving a little home brewed offering to your plant babies.
Reuse and Recycle
Collect your candle wax to fashion into new candles, collect the ash when you burn things to put into your soil, when youâre done working with magic water, pour it into your plants, turn an old shirt into a braided witches ladder, and so on and so on. There is magic in putting time into fashioning a disused item into something entirely new, or in giving away what you no longer need. Iâm going to start calling this The Phoenix Rule and itâs going to be my new witch code as of now (15th June 2019, you read it here first, folks). This is about doing what you can to grow from your own ashes or plant something good out of something old.
Paper? Leaves
Do you find yourself using a silly amount of brand new paper for sigils or intent in spells? Start collecting leaves (or old newspapers and things!) and use these instead of brand new paper. In fact, you could match the folklore of the plant to your spell and sigil. Bay leaves for accomplishing dreams, oak leaves for wisdom and knowledge, there is endless possibilities. Start picking up those fallen leaves! Theyâre free and theyâre not using lots of water and chemicals to make them. Okay water, but water from the sky and ground that isnât excessively farmed and pumped from nature for the paper bleaching industry.
And I think thatâs where Iâll stop for now, but this is definitely not the end of all the things you could do to incorporate environmentalism into your witchcraft. And also, since it wouldnât be written by me without them, I found some articles to get you started on researching this all further if (hopefully) the eco flame burns on in you~
None of them are witchy because when you Google âEnvironmental Witchcraftâ itâs all some very angry blog posts about who even knows what. Zealots in one. Such strange people. Anyway:

âž What is moonsalt? â˝
I knew moonsalt since I was a little kid, and I  had no idea that it was witchcraft. thing. Basically moonsalt = salt+ash+oil. Of course you can add wahtever you want to  this is just a base.
âž What i need to make it? â˝
â 1 or 2 teaspoons of salt (normal or sea salt, I prefer normal)
â piece of paper and a pen
â some oil (I use lavender oil)
Write a sigil on the paper. I mostly use protection or balance sigil. Then burn the paper (be carefull!)
Mix ash, salt and oil and keep it safe in a tiny bottle. You can carry your moonsalt in your bag for protection or keep it in your house for balance.Â
âž Why moonsalt? â˝
I was a kid when I called it like that, probably because of its colour.Â
âž Moonsalt will help you to keep balance in your life and its really simple to do even for baby witches â˝

Snow Witchcraft
We just had our first real snow here in Ohio and it inspired me to write a post about using snow in witchcraft and spellwork.
Associations:
Release
Cleansing
Innocence
Life/death/seasonal cycles
Time
Freezing/stopping
Blinding/cursing
Ideas:
Collect a bit to add to a bath spell for cleansing and releasing anxiety or stress (you can boil if needed while still retaining the qualities- or you can be like me and just use a small bit in the bath)
Use in a spell bottle or charm to stop a habit, stop a toxic person in their tracks, freeze a relationship, freeze intrusive thoughts, etc
Use in spells, enchantments, hexes or curses that need a timed release or slow release affect (as the snow melts, so does the working effectsâ build or wan)
Use in offerings to spirits or deities associated with the cold, winter, ice, death, or the Underworld
Write a project or idea on a slip of paper, fold up and pack into a ball of snow. Charge with intentions of creativeness, prosperity, and inspiration (you can include herbs and spices you associate inside the ball as well). Leave out on a windowsill or porch or in a bowl inside to melt and release your paper to the projectsâ fruition.
Use a cup or bowl of it to help in meditations or spellwork relating to connecting with your past, childhood, shadow work, nostalgia, and innocence. Ideal for soft snowfall that youâve collected.
Use in curses, especially association with blinding, freezing, or trapping someone. Ideal for hard snowfall (like blizzards) that youâve collected.
There are many other ways snow can be used in witchcraft- definitely not limited to the ideas Iâve posted here! Feel free to share your experiences or suggestions and happy witching!
Chant to bring cold weather
âSister Wind, bring the cold
Bring the fierce, strong winds of old
Bring us snow and bring us frost
Bring us all that we have lostâ
This chant was made to bring cooler weather after a heat spell! So far it works well with a clear quartz offering.
Tarot Idea: Shuffle your deck. Take the cards from the very top and very bottom. The bottom is buried pain, whilst the top is divine advice.

Simple Apple Divination Poem
Hold your apple in your hand,
Say your question loud and clear,
Turn the stalk and say commands,
Yes, no, now, or near,
Use numbers if you wish to,
Or letters even still,
And when the stalk breaks off,
Thatâs the appleâs will.
W-itchy Feet #1:
So youâre doubting your intuition
We have all been there, trust me. We all go back there, too. Doubting yourself is a powerful tool because with doubt comes the hunt for verification.
But how can you verify yourself? Show yourself your power? Sometimes, there are lots of ways, and sometimes, there seems like none. However, I have a quick, simple, and accessible method that literally any witch with access to the internet can do!
What youâll need, either:
Crystals
Tarot cards
Herbs or flowers
Numbers
Colours
These are not physically required, but physical objects are best!
Now, what do you do?
Example: Crystals, Lepidolite
Pick a crystal you feel you know barely anything about. For example, Lepidolite.
Hold your crystal or look up just images of it. Try to Google âLepidolite tumbledâ or âLepidolite sphereâ etc to avoid meaning photos appearing.
Write down or mentally think about what you feel it means. What energy do you feel? What signs or deities do you think of? What do you think this would be used for?
When you feel youâve developed a good idea of it, research itâs meaning. Go to several sites. How right were you? Did you feel anything very accurately, or almost accurately, or not at all?
Having read sources, rank your intuitive ideas out of 10. Base this on the vocabulary of the resources against your own lexical choices. E.g. You say wisdom and sites say knowledge? Tick!
Repeat for another. I suggest doing this 5 or 10 times in one go, 2 also works.
Calculate your % accuracy according to your personal review. What percent did you get?
If you got a percentage above 60%, well done, your intuition is looking pretty good! If you got a percentage below 40%, perhaps itâs time for some self reflective work or some shifts in how you practice. If you got 41-59%, youâve got the ability, itâs just a matter of training it more accurately.
I hope this method helps someone to believe in themselves.
â¤ď¸đâ¤ď¸
With all my love,
Underworld Ariel

Witch tips: To lose weight
From this post.Â
**Please seek medical help if needed (nothing else is working, eating disorders n such) and keep an eye on your health**Â
This is NOT a replacement for proper diet and exercise and wonât work if you donât.Â
1: Detox potion;Â lemon, lime, cucumber, mint, and purified water. Charge with intent.Â
2: Write sigils on your stomach (preferably to make you more comfortable in your skin)
3: Take a candle and carve your weight at the top and how much you want to lose on the side. Burn while working out. As the candle burns imagine your fat burning. As you sweat, imagine fat melting.Â
4: 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder, add 2 cups of boiling water to it. Let cool then add 4 teaspoons of raw honey. Stir clockwise to instill your intent of raising your metabolism and losing weight.Â
Please only use these in a healthy way and remember youâre all beautiful as you are!
YallâŚ. Stop bathing in grocery store rose petals.
Stop using them in teas and salves and skin toner too.
Mass produced roses like the ones we find in grocery stores of flower shops are beautiful! - By design.. And âby designâ I mean by chemicals and pesticides. Theyâll wreck your skin far more than help (especially if you have sensitivities or allergies[ @ me] ). Make sure ANY flowers or herbs or roots you use are certified for culinary or therapeutic use. Get them from credible places. And use common sense.

Good Luck Crystal Charm
Since I had a few exams today, I tried to create my own spell/charm to enchant my quartz crystal with good luck! Itâs my first real spell that Iâve created, and Iâm quite proud of it.Â
Since Iâm in a dorm, itâs a quick and easy spell that only requires a crystal and some sigils and some good intentions and energy!
* I drew a good luck sigil (but you can choose any sigil you would like) on the palms of my hands and clapped them together to charge the sigils
* Place your crystal between the two sigils and hold your palms together. Focus your energy on the crystal and what you want to charge it with and take a few deep cleansing breaths
* Chant :Â
âLet this crystal charm
Keep me from harm,
Grant me good luck and clarity,
As I say so mote it be!â
* Once again, focus on your intent and take deep cleansing breathsÂ
* Carry the crystal with you, and if itâs part of a necklace or bracelet, even better!
Iâm sure this spell can be modified for any crystal and any intent, and you can even use some candles to help focus your energy (for school related I would use yellow or maybe green)Â
I hope this is of help, and since Iâm still learning, please feel free to tell me if I used wrong terminology or anything! Have a gorgeous day, and I hope this helps some of you out there!
Spell for Manifesting Money
Ok this spell works well, Iâve done this one quite a bit and it works every time.
This is what you need:
Cinnamon
Dried bay leaf
Black salt (optional but really gives this spell a good punch)
Rubbing alcohol
A heat resistant offering bowl
Money Manifesting stones like Aventurine, Jade, lapis lazuli, citrine, clear quartz, pirite (whatever you have honestly, you donât need all of these I just happen to have all of these)
A piece of copper
Coins
Matches
Ok this is what you do, around the bowl place your stones and your coins in any arrangements you find suitable for what your working with. I like to do stone-coin-stone-coin in a circle around the offering bowl. I also like to light candles and incense but thatâs totally optional, I just like the ambience.
In the bowl put a little bit of rubbing alcohol and cinnamon. Mix it around a bit with a fork or something. (I use a letter opener shaped like a sword from dark souls lol. I do a lot of spells with fire bases, itâs my favourite way to cast spells. )
On the bay leaf write an amount of money you would like, do something reasonable⌠I usually write 5 dollars on it, and I do this daily (I always happen to find or am gifted 5 bucks after I do this spell). But you can always write more.
Put the bay leaf in the offering bowl and light the match. Throw it in the bowl, be careful, fire safety!!!
If you decide to use black salt, toss a little into the flames (be safe and use a spoon), itâll make a magical little spark.
Let the fire burn out and there you go! This is also a great way to charge and cleanse crystals by passing it through the flames! Be careful of the heat.
There you go! Now you have your own little money making spell. Whatâs great about this is that the powder residue in the offering bowl can be used to make black salt, or you can scrape it out put it in a little jar with a penny and some pirite and keep that on you through the day!
