Those who make fun of foreigners trying their best to learn English, are always, ALWAYS the people who know a whole two non-English words: cerveza and gato. Because anybody who has ever tried to learn a new language knows that those people deserve praise, not ridicule.

No but her acting was so good in this scene that I had to pause and zoom in on her face to make sure it wasn’t actually Emma in makeup, and even then I wasn’t totally convinced.

Emma acted out the scene first, and then Helena Bonham Carter mimicked what she did. so it was Helena Bonham Carter pretending to be Emma Watson pretending to be Helena Bonham Carter pretending to be Bellatrix pretending to be Hermione pretending to be Bellatrix.

I had a teacher who refused to let any of us say “its okay” because of this exact reason.

It has taken me years to learn that it’s also okay to say “Thank you.” when someone apologizes. It is perfectly acceptable to acknowledge that someone has apologized, and still refuse to accept their apology. There are things in this world that cannot be apologized for.

I feel like you can tell a lot about a person by how they react when their apology is not accepted.
