My doctor ,whos a sleep specialist *and* a neurologist was very thorough and said he wanted me to get an EKG that day just to make sure I was all good and me having had no prior warning to this happening,of corse curl up on the bed and bury my head in my hands so I can proses this information. My aunt (who was my legal guardian ages 14 to 17) half jokingly half series gose "Oh,yeah we're pretty sure she's autistic give her a minute." And he goes,dead serious, "Oh I know. What is she not diagnosed?" And from there I go into detail about how I have a bunch of the symptoms and we'd been going round and round since I was 12 trying to get diagnosed but life kept having other plans so here I was at 18 still no diagnosis. So he says "I'm a bored certified neurologist who works with autistic people almost every day at work and live with an autistic son at home and I can confidently say you're on the autism spectrum. I'm gonna go ahead and put Autsism Spectrum Disorder in your chart I'm honestly supposed you're not diagnosed already." And my aunt, still slightly in shock, says "and so how do we go about making this official?" And this dude does a magic wand jester with his hand points it in my detection and says "poof consider yourself diagnosed."

Bro magiced me into an autism diagnosis. He gave me a little treat also lol

I'm still going to seek out an official assistant at some point but yea for right now all it takes is to sit in a room with me for 40 minutes to relize somethings off 💀
