Sometimes I think that Antis kind of hate CSEM because they think it's gross. When...it's bad because it further victimizes a child, a real child. Consuming CSEM is inherently exploitative and further perpetuates the abuse against the child. Same goes for bestiality. They just "think it's gross".

You also claim that, in some callouts you post, that some proshippers draw what you deem CSEM (often incorrectly labeled CP). Did you know that if it WAS CSEM, you would go to prison? Reposting CSEM in any form, even for awareness is a CRIME. Even having on your phone is a crime.
If you cared about children, you'd encourage the creation of spaces for them, you'd actually take time not to expose them to inappropriate material, as well as not send violent harassment mobs after minor proshippers.
When I was a minor online, I witnessed so many minors being harassed into self-harm and suicide because people who kept screaming "WHAT ABOUT THE KIDS" leaked their addresses to pedophiles and spammed them with death threats and rape threats. Kids as young as 13 were and still are receiving vile threats that make even me as a 22 year old feel sick.
If you care about kids, then look at yourself. Look at your actions. See if you really care or if you're only doing it to make yourself feel good.
I feel like fining them would be the better consequence, in case they *do* change and *do* stumble upon something actually questionable.
I feel like the only way for them to realize what they're doing is wrong is for them to receive actual legal consequences. At least for a majority of antis. I understand your point but if they're wasting government time and resources on a few pixels over and over and over despite being repeatedly asked and told to stop, they will not stop.

Simply liking dark content for its own sake is perfectly fine.
Antis have really ruined a lot of aspects of online debate, but one of the biggest ones is intimately tying dislike into morality.
You can dislike a character, even a heroic one, and still acknowledge that they are a hero. You don't have to conjure reasons why they're actually bad and problematic.
You can like a character, even a villanous one, and still acknowledge that they are a villain. You don't have to conjure reasons why they're actually good and wholesome.
Some asshole antis have spent so long harassing anyone who resonates with the wrong character that people have started trying to play their game from the other side, villainizing the heroes and glorifying the villains, so they won't face that anger from the antis, instead of just saying "yes, this character is a good person and i hate them/this character is a bad person and I like them."
The same applies to people in real life too. You don't have to like everyone you meet. There doesn't need to be a good reason for it; you can dislike people for any reason. People aren't willing to accept that anymore, though, since it is a known truth you have to still be respectful to people you dislike UNLESS they have done something terrible, and no one wants to do that. So instead they will make their dislike of people into a moral issue to avoid treating them respectfully. And you just... can't do that. You can't.
Antis become extremely profic when the topics involve liking fictional villains/Antags. Defending them with their life and saying stuff like "You guys need to separate the character from their actions!" and "It's just fiction! I wouldn't hurt anyone irl!"
But when a Proshipper does the EXACT SAME THING they get harrassed, told to touch grass and even worse things
It just seems so hypocritical....
