on one hand, major fuck up that facebook messenger is down globally (and instagram is playing up too, so its just Meta in general). on the other hand i hope its because of AI generated code that has absolutely fucked their systems and everyone drops AI forever. maybe this is wishful thinking.

I have started HC'ing Grace as having severe depression and starting anti-depressants after he became a teacher. It just seems like the Grace who called the leading researcher in his field a waste of carbon, and the Grace in the book/movie were two very different people. And maybe he spent a lot of time working on his mental health.
