🌼Homegoing / Yaa Gyasi🌼 Review 5/5 stars This book will take you all over the world with its many protagonists, it has the powerful ability to make you feel emotionally connected with each of its multiple narrators through only a few paragraphs. Each chapter is so vivid, alive, and worthy of its own story. This is a masterful book that shows the power of trauma and family history. For me, at the end what stayed with me the most was the sense of having your history, your home, your culture stolen from you. This book also brings imagery of the natural beauty of Ghana and the ability of humans to find love anywhere.
