Been reading the darkening of your soul ^_^ shadowscribe got me... interested in tomarry and here I am...

I do love that the one character, well, 2 characters we all never seem to forgive are umbridge and wormtail... and maybe Bellatrix. She seems to get a slight pass for being genuinely insane.

I've read fic were Dumbledore's not good but not like... evil? And ones where he is an actual bad guy. I love it, snape and voldemort get similar treatment. But umbridge and wormtail are pretty much always just... bad. ^_^

Umbridge is without question the most despised character in all the HP books. A sadistic monster who gets off on torturing students in the name of the Ministry. Wormtail is seen more as the ultimate coward, ratting out his friends to save himself. A very unlikable character with few redeeming qualities.

As for Dumbledore, he can easily be written and interpreted in many different ways. From misguided to a general making sacrifices to downright evil and out for power. I'm not much of a Dumbledore fan but he is a very flexible character and can easily be adjusted to fit pretty much any type of role in a story. So I write him in all those different ways depending on what the story needs.

Just wanted to say I just spent...a bit reading your The Necromancer fic. Quite enjoyed it to be honest. I like the take on black/grey harry, and the acknowledgement that he and tom are flawed. Some fics I feel try to forgive Voldemort waaaay to much. ^_^ Looking forward to the house elf resolution.

Thank you! I love writing Harry as good guy who still does all sorts of shady shit and dark magic. And Tom, even redeemed, is a terribly flawed person. It's what makes him so interesting. Even at his very best, Tom is at most an anti-hero.

In your lives live and lives lost fic, has there been a universe where they were married to other people but as soon as they got there memories back they divorced their current spouse immediately, I'm just wondering if a lot of spouses or boyfriend/girlfriends were one day broken up/divorced randomly with no real explanation why

Oh yes, if at all possible they would get together and break up with previous partners. Except if they're born in a time or culture where they can't be together for some reason.

They do usually meet when they are still fairly young, so it wouldn't be strange for them to break up with the excuse of no longer having feelings for their previous partner.

Hi, I just completely hyper fixated on Between Thought and Reality and consumed it all in one day, it’s now past 11 in the evening and I’ve only had breakfast today, and I have work tomorrow, but this was so worth it. I just want you to know how much I loved this fic, it has truly earned a spot on the list of my absolute favorites. I don’t normally read wips, but I’m glad I chose to read this, even if I’m crying a little right now at the thought of having reached the end of what’s currently uploaded lol. I love your writing and adore the relationship between Harry and Tom in this fic, just ugh- Tom’s worship of Harry, their little murderkiss, the fuck-the-bullies mentality, Harry’s self discovery in coming to terms with his new body, THE UST, the Grindelwald-twist, just everything *chef’s kiss*.

So truly thank you for blessing us with your amazing writing, and I hope all is well on your end <3

Thank you! I appreciate your kind words. As for female Harry recs...pfff...that's a tough one because I don't read many of them. One of the reasons I started writing Between Thought and Reality in the first place was because I got annoyed at seeing Harry being reborn as a girl stories in which he immediately accepts this change and becimes the most girliest of girls there ever was. I wanted to explore this trope in a more realistic way.

I have written another female Harry story called Witches Are. Witches Do. This has a lot of interesting reasons why Harry was born as a girl. It is my take on a trope subversion of the harem trope and it's Tom/Harry and it's complete.

Hi there! I just finished reading your fic Between Thought and Reality and WOW! It's SO GOOD! It takes so many surprise turns that hundreds of time travel fics do not. I've never read a fic where Harry is inside a woman's body before! It's so different! I also hate fics where Harry hides his power so he doesn't draw attention to himself and I'm SO grateful you didn't do that. Badass Harry all the way! I really REALLY hope you update soon because I'm desperate to know what happens next!

I read your books "The Necromancer" and "The Darkening of Your Soul". I really liked them both. It is nicely written. Grammar is corect. Plot also thought out and cohesive and all. It one of better write ones I came across. I wanted to ask when can I expect updates for the works? I just finished bing reading it and would love to see more of plot.

I've been on a HP time travel fix it binge and yours in truly incredible and I love it so much how Harry is Still dangerously Gryffindorish!!!!

Chapter 22 of Between Thought and Reality is up!

Harry/Tom

Harry's life post final battle isn't what he expected it would be, and then he dies, just like that.

He gets a second chance but forgets to read the fine-print, and ends up somewhere in the distant past while his body suddenly looks quite differently.

Now he's stuck as a teenager attending Hogwarts again, where he encounters an old enemy, and surprise, it's not Tom Riddle. All Harry has to do now is survive long enough to build a life for himself that's actually worth living.
