My latest drawing!

I’m back! Last month was a little hectic and couldn’t manage making time to draw. Enjoy!

Working on a new piece! I almost gave up on this one. After taking a few days off, I found a new appreciate and desire to finish this.

Throw back Thursday! Been looking through old sketch books for inspiration (and to find blank paper lying around). It’s fun to see what I have done and left undone. Unfinished works used to bother me so much, but I am learning to embrace them more. One drawing is from 2011(?), 2016(?), and 2021/22(?). All of these feature original characters of my own. I have a story in my head for these characters, and I hope to one day bring them to life.

Din, goddess of power! My version, take it or leave it. I have found some fun tips on Pinteret lately, so I tried some here. First, I tried just drawing a line of action before sketching out Din’s body. Then I sketched some floating hands. I am pretty happy with how the pose turned out! I will be coloring this with the pastel tools. My first Mile Stones comic! My son’s favorite plushy is Jinbe-San by SanX. I would almost say it was by near accident that Jinbe-San became his favorite. I had initially asked for the plush toy more for myself (heehee), than for my son when we found out I was pregnant. I came across it when looking for ocean themed baby stuff. But now Jinbe goes every with Liam. It is a big mistake if we leave him home.
