The AU with all these guys as well as irken!Dib (& Zim ofc) will be known as Glass shards, trauma and doom, unless I come up with a better name later. The name will show up in the tags and I'll put it in my pinned post too for your convenience.
I'd also like to take this moment to properly introduce the AU itself. It's like an "if we took invader zim seriously, would that me messed up or what" scenario, mixed with the worst traits of early socialism AND late capitalsm, extreeeme religion, colonialism, plus modern technocratic dictatorship. A nightmare of a state, basically. The Irken Colonial Empire wages an endless war of conquest and hunts down so-called defectives: irkens who "act not in the Empire's interest".

Now, this drawing's old (old as balls!). The design itself was developed in 2019 (ikr??), then I started working on this ref in early 2022 and have been tinkering with it ever since. Literally made the latest changes today. Imma stop at this point though or it'll nnnever be done (；一_一)
This Dib is from a fic, which has sat unfinished for years as well and is also not in english. I've always wanted to translate it into english, but that only makes sense to do after I, yaknow, finish the damn thing. Hopefully I'll have the energy to keep yall posted.
