Depending on type of report, I would need:
Killjoy Report: Your OC's killjoy name, OC's city name (optional), age (optional), pronouns, last known location, any extra info you want
Fatality Report: Your OC's name, age (optional), pronouns, cause of death, extra info (such as family or crew, optional)
Better Living Industries recruitment: OC's killjoy name (if was previously a killjoy), city name, age (optional, prefered), pronouns, gender assigned at birth (optional), family (optional), reason for joining BL/ind, extra info (optional)
