In the Book III trailer something has always disturbed me

It was how Alphonse’s hair ends changed colors from his usual golden to silver

I tried to convince myself it was some animation error from IntSys

Cheese in the Trap ; Hong Seol icons

some Seiros sketches exploring expressions and various haristyles I like on her

Sothis before her death and Sothis inside Byleth is such an interesting bit of visual story telling that we don't really get to witness in game unless we pay close attention to Rhea's supports and this one picture in Seasons of Warfare

Back before Nemesis, Sothis looked just like you'd imagine a Goddess and mother of many, like a grown woman

But residing within Byleth she looks much younger while still speaking like an old person, which gets lost in translation in the localization

We don't really get any good explanation for this in the game but Rhea still manages to show that a young girl appearing in Byleth's dreams doesn't make sense to her

It's such a subtle thing but it makes so much sense. Sothis is directly connected to Byleth and was basically born the same day that Byleth was so she ages together with them

But Byleth is human while Sothis is not, her life span is vastly different so her growth is much slower, making her look like a young girl despite being effectively the same age as Byleth

The game doesn't actually give us the picture of grown Sothis outside of Seasons of Warfare to my knowledge but it gives us the tools to realize it's her by giving her the same flowers Seiros wears and the straight cut fringe of the Sothis we know
