After modeling Helspira from @shiloh.briar 's Hopeless Necromantic, there was no way that I couldn’t model her morally grey (for real though), chaotic necromancer with terrible coping skills.
I adore this man, and his arch was heart-wrenching!

this is a deep cut compared to my usual miniatures, but I adored Shiloh briar ‘s book Hopless Necromantic and the incomparable heroine Helspira. this girl has been through it, and she insists daily on not letting the incredibly cruel world determine how she carries herself.
the biggest challenge was modeling a *smiling* character, honestly. Pure joy is difficult to capture.
I started a Sikras model (the male MC) as well… maybe I’ll finish him one day.
I rarely ever have the pleasure of modeling higher fem characters, so it was a real treat for @m.a.c.kelleher * to ask me to do this capricious** pirate, Riven Bathypelagic, for @tabletopgamingct ‘s #PlanSea livestream.

(There's a bonus at the end of the mini design that was almost picked, however ultimately scrapped for fragility. I thought the reference I received was a t-pose and wingspan had to be explained to me.)

Ul'dreyin's model....
I had the immense pleasure of modeling several of the minis for the cast of @tabletopgamingct ‘s #PlanSea livestream. This was my first time modeling for a livestream, so I was both daunted and thrilled to have this massive opportunity.
The characters I modeled included Ul’dreyin Xil’jor (he|him). Ul’dreyin is an elven beastmaster ranger traveling with a greying mountain lion companion. It was a delight to model this weird old man with his rat-eared cloak. This is how he came out once he was painted.
I’ll be posting the other two miniatures that I modeled, the basketball player Tingus and oceanic druid Riven, real soon!

I think that they are adorable, so I asked and he gave me permission to give them a share. Look at Dancer! That energized face! And Squiggles! All have since found great homes.

So this is a WiP of a friend's character that I started before Kitbashing came out... So of course I have all sorts of new toys to play with now.
(They/he) might look like a rogue, but he's actually a bard shifter with major kind orange cat energy. If the orange cat was "a little guy" AKA "a menace🫶💝🩷."

She loves her friends and doesn't like to cause a fuss; however, she has also developed traumas from her adventures, and feels like she is losing herself little by little. She buries it deep inside because the threats to the world are far more important."

Her story touched me more than I expected at the beginning. In my playthrough I had her choose to wield the Blood of Lathander instead of The Spear (TM) after she made her choice in the Shadowfell to represent her continued faith in herself rather than any one god (Plus like.... the item is so good). I think she had that strength in her all along. She's such an icon.
This was inspired by her blasting the ever-dying sh*t out of Cazador.
