I got a WCIF from @maarcaw about the house in this post. All of the items that you are looking for are from the Sims 2 Ikea Stuff Pack or are add-ons to that pack. I will list them below:
The barstools are from the VIKA/GREVSTA Dining Set Add-ons by persimmonthusiast. I think the recolors are from the VIKA/GREVSTA table in this set.
The tv console is pre-order Benno TV set.
The sidetable is the LACK sofa table by DeeDee.
The bed and the dresser are both from the Ikea Stuff Pack.
This is how I sort through my cc to downsize stuff I don't use! Or stuff that came with other stuff and I'm like.... What the hell is even this. It helps me see if I have cc that is too similar or ones I might have doubles of (same cc converted by different people).
I make a new lot and place all my cc section by section (this time I did comfort and surfaces) so I can see them all and compare.
This time around I also went through a lot of my walls and floors and placed whichever ones I don't want.
I delete anything I DO want to keep, leaving the stuff I don't want.
Then I package the lot (ignore my mansion drowning in pink soup you don't see that), close the game and navigate to the PackagedLots folder. I open the file up with Sims2Pack Clean Installer, which lists all of the cc in the lot so I can go through my Downloads folders and delete them.
I am still alive and have been extremely active in my Sims 2 game but not online building an entire City.
I will be sharing images of it soon and sharing various lots from it for you. Plus recolors I have been doing for those lots.
In the meantime I had a request to do some wood recolors of this table converted by Jinxxsims. Its the Sims 4 Island Living - Holla Living Dining Table.

This is a really quick, but pretty big update from me.
I'm not really active in the Sims community as of late. But I have from time to time been working on this project, whenever I needed to sort of clear my head. And now was a moment I thought I should share it, because it would be kind of a waste if it just gathers dust on my laptop ;)
I've made an Old Town neighborhood (Sims 1) for the Sims 2. I've done that before, but this time Downtown, Studio Town, Vacation Island and Magic Town are all sub-neighborhoods instead of being part of the main neighborhood. And, all lots are built and in place, for as far as it was possible to recreate certain Sims 1 lots in the Sims 2.
I thought some people might enjoy it, so here is the download link
You can just place this in your Sims 2 documents folder, inside the neighborhoods folder.
This version has no sims in it. And I removed the characters folder, because it was massive, so it might literally not have any sims in it, not even townies. I've not had a chance to test it, so let's see how that works out...
If anyone wants to complete the neighborhood with sims, or change it, go ahead, you can share your version, as long as you credit me.
I'll try to check back in soon to see if there are any massive problems. But other than that, this is not a fancy CC release, just me sharing a project I've been working on as is, so that it might be of some use to someone 😅 I hope some people will enjoy it!

as requested by @maarcaw this is a conversion to all ages of a very cute Halloween costume by @twofingerswhiskey using @deedee-sims converted meshes. :) it also comes with one lightly grunged up .. greige? recolor I am oddly nervous about and hope looks okay.
They are repositored to 2FW's CU version here but I also included it (which I hope is ok with him! please let me know if not. <3) in the file. Please see the rest of his cute Halloween stuff in the original post! There's a PU version there I didn't include. :)

Let me present you the ultimate dress, which is not named like this for no reason. It comes in four (4) versions: fullbody, top-only, bottom-only, and skirt (the skirt is basically the bottom-only version without the top textures, so they share the same mesh). Honestly, I just wanted to make a cute bottom-only dress. Then it all spiralled out, and became this. What have I done
Anyway! They’re all for adults and teens, with the appropriate morphs. I made 8 colors, but here’s the PSD if you want to make more! (I tried to make some more interesting color combinations, but I didn’t like them, and unfortunately, geometric patterns looked wonky on it). As usual, you can choose if you want the TF files slaved to their AF versions, or not :)

I recently shared a set of 22 skins that I intend to be all the skintones I use in my game. But they wouldn't be complete without corresponding showerproof versions for my favorite custom body shapes, so here we are.
This post will give you sets of showerproof skins (see definition under the cut) of 22 skins each, for the following body shapes:
• Momma Lisa F / Melodie9 Fat M
• Androgyny F / Lifa's Trans M
• Trans Melodie9 Fat M / Trans Momma Lisa
• Melodie9 fat family
• Dummy Thicc
• MartaXL edit
• Athletic Girl / Lean Body Builder
These sets are repo'd to the original 22 skins that you need to get from here (go over there for more details on the textures). If you don't have those, none of the showerproof skins will show up.

What are showerproof skins?
They are skins linked to a custom body shape (or body shapes). When you give a showerproof skin to a sim, that sim will have the body shape that the skin is linked to when they are nude (taking a bath, streaking, doing ACR stuff, etc.). Showerproof skins have no effect whatsoever on clothing, because clothes use their own meshes.
Geneticized
• Like the original 22 skins, the showerproof skins from this post are geneticized, except for the alien ones (which will therefore be outside of the genetic spectrum and behave like the Maxis alien skin).
• Across all sets, the same skintone will have the same genetic value, indicated at the end of the file name. For example, the lightest skin always has a genetic value of 0.05, no matter which body shape it's linked to.
• When two sims have a baby in game, the baby will get one of the skintones that fall in between or on the parents' skintones on the genetic spectrum. Since these showerproof skins are geneticized, the baby could get one of them, regardless of the body shapes that the parents have. Two Maxis-sized parents could have a baby who will grow up to have a fat body shape, two fat cis parents could have a baby who will grow up to have a thin trans body shape. If you've been looking for a way to determine which of your sims should be trans, this is a way to let the game decide for you.
Townified or not
• For each set, you will have to choose if you want the showerproof skins to be townified or not (delete the folder you don't want).
• Townified skins can appear on new townies and NPCs that spawn, non-townified skins cannot.

Included meshes: you'll have to choose between 2 versions, either "HD" or "low poly" (previews are included).
The HD meshes are the top and bottom meshes that BlueHeavenSims shared here, with a couple tweaks (smoothed normals on the forearms, fixed shoulders on the LBB fat morphs) - they have sexyfeet, smooth hands, 3D nipples and are high-poly (6,454 poly for full-body AG; 8,601 poly for full-body LBB).
The low-poly meshes are top and bottom meshes I made based on Marvine's original AG and Synapticsim's original LBB v.2.0 (I added morphs with BlueHeavenSims's morphs as reference) - they have blockfeet, Maxis hands and are low-poly (1,960 for full-body AG; 2,186 poly for full-body LBB).

Further info
The standard set that these showerproof skins are repo'd to contains defaults for S1-4 + alien, which are skins #3, #7, #12, #19 and Tea Leaf's Stargazer. Therefore, skins #3, #7, #12, #19 and Tea Leaf's Stargazer from the showerproof sets are technically repo'd to your skin defaults. They are modified versions of the default-repo'd showerproof skins I've shared before (ML-MFM & M9FatFam, AndroF-MTr, TrML-TrMFM, DT, MartaXL). Corresponding sets are on the same files so you can replace the older ones with the new ones if you wish - I recommend that you do if you use the defaults from the standard 22-skin set because then you'll get the geneticization, the right thumbnails & tootips and all).
All of these skins are tooltipped, have their custom thumbnails and are sortindexed so that they will appear tidily set after set in your custom skins bin. If you use other skins though, there is a chance that those will appear jumbled up with mine if their sortindex numbers happen to clash. It's only an aesthetic issue but if it bothers you, see this tutorial by Kurimas on how to change the order in which clothes appear in the CAS catalogue (it works for skins and other bodyshop content too).
Why make these skins repo-only?
1. Repo'd files = smaller files.
2. If you don't like the textures that I picked for the standard set, you can replace them with your favorites in simPE if you know how to do that and all the repo'd files will follow suit. This way you can get all the showerproof skins to have the textures that you like with much less work than if you had to edit them one by one.

So I really like the high-waisted jean textures that the lovely @deedee-sims made and I decided I needed to put it on every pantsless shoe mesh I could find that I liked. I've used her original 3 textures and an additional black from @angelapleasant
Some of the shoes have different colours for each pant colour and some are just one.

Hi! Uh, not really? I checked all the pants I have in my game rn, and this was the only one that was high waisted enough for them, besides the ones you mentioned oof. I’m pretty sure Memento has more pants that can fit, though!

Turned out there was a pantless version of these boots, and the boots were actually converted by Gwenke! (the more you know!) Anyway, I copypasted the high-waisted jeans textures on thiese ones (3 colors). I only used this one boot color, because that's what I liked XD Meshes by Rented-Space are included (for adults and teens). I present my thousandth attempt at making high waisted jeans!
I’ve always wanted high waisted jeans textures that I can just throw on any pantless bottoms and they would work (because I’m not going to make a thousand new meshes duh), and this was the okay-est looking I could come up with. This is an edit of a jeans texture from the H&M SP, so I couldn’t go any more mm, right? The textures might bleed into some tops, but that’s how I could make them go above the top line, so it looks best with converted stuff or crop tops. It’s still a bit meh, but I’ll take it :)
I copy-pasted them to some of my favorite pantless bottoms for AF and TF, meshes by Taylor, JulieJ and me are included. It comes in these 3 jeans colors for every shoe option, and as always, you can choose if you want the TF jeans linked/repo’d to the AF ones, or not. Please feel free to copy-paste these textures to other pantless bottoms because I’m too lazy to do it
