Spockthewok (aka Will Nixon) wrote a master's thesis on pink flashing, figured out the cause and potentially found the first genuine fix.

TS2 Extender 0.8.0 for Legacy Collection

I've updated TS2 Extender to fix pink flashing, courtesy of spockthewok, and there are also now a ton of new scripting features allowing for things like interaction injection, UI editing, etc. etc.
There is a website that documents all the new Lua stuff.

I had a very long, vivid dream last night where I (moreso my OC/Sim, Belle) was dating Vidcund. The majority of the dream was us getting ready for Pascal's wedding, mainly setting everything up the days leading up to it. I didn't really care and Vidcund kept getting hyperfixated on completely irrelevant things, so Lazlo ended up being the one pushing us to actually do something.
I remember most of the dream but it was pretty mundane and uneventful. At some point Vidcund said something to someone in regards to dating me but it accidentally came out sounding rude and not at all what he intended and I was upset with him lol.
My favorite part of the dream was the day of Pascal's wedding. It was an outdoor event and there were chairs set up. We (me, Vidcund, Lazlo) were hanging out sitting in the chairs when Loki and Circe arrived. Circe was wearing a nice form-fitting dress and Loki was wearing some ridiculously fancy sweater that didn't suit him at all. Circe asked why we weren't dressed nicer and Lazlo told her it was casual dress. Loki just glanced at us, down at his sweater, and back up at us again and said "do you mean to tell me I did not have to wear this fuckass sweater?"

Teenage Vidcund and Circe~ As usual with my traditional sketches the proportions/anatomy are off lol
My headcanon for Vidcund is that he went through various phases in high school, notably being goth and a metalhead. He picked up playing the electric guitar in high school and, despite not outwardly showing it, he still enjoys metal and plays guitar as a hobby.
I don't think PlushJim is pleased with his current cast of friends
This is how I sort through my cc to downsize stuff I don't use! Or stuff that came with other stuff and I'm like.... What the hell is even this. It helps me see if I have cc that is too similar or ones I might have doubles of (same cc converted by different people).
I make a new lot and place all my cc section by section (this time I did comfort and surfaces) so I can see them all and compare.
This time around I also went through a lot of my walls and floors and placed whichever ones I don't want.
I delete anything I DO want to keep, leaving the stuff I don't want.
Then I package the lot (ignore my mansion drowning in pink soup you don't see that), close the game and navigate to the PackagedLots folder. I open the file up with Sims2Pack Clean Installer, which lists all of the cc in the lot so I can go through my Downloads folders and delete them.
