My life.... Such a beautiful disaster

I started my AdvoCare and weight loss journey March 18, 2013 with my college best friend. We made the decision to lose weight together for her wedding coming up that October. We started out by going to the gym every day to get some type of exercise. Around that time, my sister reached out to us about AdvoCare. I started on ThermoPlus® and CatalystTM and lost about 15 pounds in three months, which was huge for me.* Before starting AdvoCare at the age of 22, I had been over 240 pounds. When I came home from college for the summer, my sister introduced me to more of her team and I signed up as an AdvoCare Independent Distributor.  That summer, I started a 24-Day Challenge™ and lost an additional 10 pounds.*

I attended my first Success School in August of 2013 right before moving back to Kansas to continue my degree, and I was mesmerized and motivated to say the least. I was so encouraged that I had texted my best friend “Someday I’m going to be on that stage one day sharing my story.” By October for my best friend’s wedding, I was down 40 pounds.*Over the next several months that followed, I continued sharing my story, being “a product of the product” and building my business. To date, I have lost a total of 70 pounds and continue the champion mentality in order to do better, be better and feel better.*

The amount of weight I have lost does not compare to what I have gained by joining the AdvoCare family. I am so proud to be a part of AdvoCare and continue my weight loss journey. As a part of AdvoCare, I also continue to gain knowledge and learn from my mentors. The glow of satisfaction is worth the sweat.
