It is the responsibility of adults to make sure they are interacting appropriately with minors according to their country’s laws and their own moral beliefs, because adults are the ones who would suffer legal ramifications should anything happen. it’s hard to do so, however, when minors conceal their ages or simply choose to interact with adults in a sexual capacity. In order to be fully safe, legal, and consensual, everyone involved must be of age by their own country’s laws. 

This is a list of known minors (under 18) in the DBD fandom. This is not a call-out post. This is not a testament to anyone’s character, characterization, drawing ability, writing ability, or anything else. It is simply an informational post so that people can make decisions about who they are interacting with and how they are interacting so that it is safe, legal, and comfortable for everyone involved.
