I’m so grateful to have boarded on this sequence, and especially thankful for the thoughtful guidance of the brillant Samm Lee and our supervising director Ben Juwono —both of whom taught me so much on this production. Their win so well deserved- cheers to them both!

The final on-screen version differs slightly from my pass, but I’m really proud of the work and what we created as a team.

Grateful for the journey—and quietly excited about possible future collaborations on the horizon.

I made a #Drawtober chart for my students this month. Thought I'd share for anyone wants to join in.

Howdy🌞

Drew myself a new portrait for turning 34 this month. I also started teaching at the School of Visual Arts for the BFA Animation department and having been having a lot of fun already.

Happy Virgo season 🌿

- a drawing of @dadoodraw when we had cubes next to each other. I get startled EVERY time someone comes to visit but I was always happy it was Rhea. I also enjoyed laying in the their cube floor to catch up - Hi Rhea 😭👋🏾

- a thank you note from @lorenzamelia I am never throwing away.

- These characters were really hard for me to draw at first, so I spent time doodling on animation paper before work to try and understand them.

I also kept dreaming of Lilith and Eda as teens and their shenanigans.

-Lastly some thumbs from when I roughed out the cold open for 103, “I was a teenage abomination”. Those are super rough ( I had no idea what I was doing but I’d love to post them. )
