Today was a depressing day.

Recently, my emotions have been going up and down repeatedly.

It feels like I’m in a pupal stage, changing into a butterfly.

I want to talk about it with someone, but I actually can’t.

It’s really hard for me to talk about my negative feelings to anyone — friends, family, or even a psychiatrist.

I want to make people happy, so I really don’t want to bring down the mood by talking about my problems.

That’s why I’ve never really consulted anyone and have always tried to solve my worries by myself.

And… maybe that’s just who I am.

I wonder if there are many people like me who can’t open their hearts to anyone.

I want to be the first person they can open up to.

I want to say all the kind words to them that I actually wanted someone to say to me.

And I also want to do all the things for them that I once wished someone would do for me.
