Took Zoe up #provocanyon for a 4 mile #run. The weather was perfect! We finished at #riverwoods where there is a deep fountain. Zoe jumped up to get a drink and fell in the fountain 😂 It was right outside a busy restaurant where a ton of people were watching and either laughing or giving disapproving looks as I tried to lift her out. #classydog

Today was my last day of guest membership at my Canada gym! It's back to Utah soon! Our new place has a fitness center, but I haven't seen it yet. Hopefully it's decent!

I've lost over 50 lbs this year, and I can credit a huge portion of my motivation to #dietbet . It's what really got me started and committed, and what has kept me going. I'm so excited to announce that they've hired me as a referee! Sunday bathroom selfie with my toddler in the background. I was out of town all weekend and slacked off a bit in the food and exercise division, but that's just how it goes sometimes! I got to go to my best friend's wedding and hang out with family, so it's ok. It was mental health weekend.

Went to Pound class this morning. Starting the day off right before heading home to kids with colds!

I'm visiting family in Canada and my dad bought me a short term #gym membership! I did 2.5 miles on the treadmill, an upper body strength class, then 10 minutes on the stair climber. Then I weighed in and just barely hit my #dietbet goal. Whew!

Had anyone had #handfootmouthdisease as an adult? I'm 99% positive my 1yo and I both have it, and it has been brutal! I have tons of little blisters on my hands and feet. Half of them hurt like there is a splinter under my skin and the other half is itchy! The worst ones are between my toes and in the creases of my fingers. Do not recommend! My 2yo wanted to have a nap in a basket like the puppy 😂

I've been having foot pain issues since the #marathon, so no running for me lately! I did a few days of roofing, though, which was a plenty good workout! I'm thinking next week I'll be able to start #running again, though!

#bigcottonwoodmarathon done! It was such an awesome race! I wanted to get under 4:25 and I ended up hitting 4:16! I felt really good the whole way, and the course was amaaaaazing. Went quadding on Monday, and now my forearms are sore from it! I need to beef up! Did 3.5 miles this morning and it was so much colder than usual! Fall is here. 4 days until the marathon 😨
