Lunear, like, the moon

Every personification, over the course of their existence, experiences the effects of natural disasters like earthquakes, hurricanes, and fires. These can leave scars, both mental and physical, but nothing leaves deeper scars than the *unnatural* disasters inflicted by the whims of humans.

I’m processing some things rn and ended up channeling it into Nevada angst. As a fandom it’s a common HC that Nevada has scars from Cold War nuclear testing, and honestly the implications of that are pretty terrifying. How does being the subject of over 900 nuclear tests affect a personification? And what if the Government that’s supposed to protect you just gaslights you about the risk?
