2! People are hating the design? I dont get why... So! Most if my ramble

Well, what if he was a Jack in the Box? It makes sense as to why he's decorated as a jester and why the legs look so different. Plus, Jack in the Boxes are meant to be wound up until they scare you... and we kinda wound the Prototype up until he well... scared us.

"Why a Jack in the Box? We already have Boxy Boo!"

Well, Boxy Boo was made by Harley Sawyer, who hated Elliot Ludwig with every fiber of his being and he's quite egotistical. So its completely in character for Harley to make his own "prototype" and attempt to make it better as a final fuck you to Elliot.

I also wanted to touch on the fact that... The Prototype might not have had bad intentions originally.

The reason why I think this is because he clearly didnt like the experiments happening, and Oliver was obviously jealous and bitter that his adopted father was doing so much on him just for Poppy. So I think he caused the Hour of Joy to get rid of the workers who were hurting kids to try and unify the factory.

But with most peace, people dont tend to agree. And people like Poppy, didnt agree with the killing of the workers, so she rebelled against him and it made him into a dictator in the end.
