Happy New Year to everyone. Greatful for a new year. And what a year 2018 was. The last half of the year brought my son home for a visit, after over a year away; travel adventures overseas with my gorgeous daughter; travel over the sea to Tasmania with Moth (man of the house); only 2 markets; & a lovely birthday with George. The first half was less fun with fires, cyclone Marcus; saddness with the loss of a couple of friends and the implosion of my local craft association. I want to thank this beautiful young lady for taking her mum (me)on an amazing trip to England. Long story short Pheobe had saved hard for a particular car but when it feel through she took me on holiday instead. She organised & paid for everything & I wasn’t allowed to say no, I feel so blessed. We were based in Chelsea, London and had an overnight trip to Newcastle (wish we could have stayed longer, great city) & meet one of her lovely friends from her travels. We did a lot of walking, hired bikes, rode the tube, visited galleries, museums, the shard, the zoo, beautiful parks, meet my hero and ate really well.
