The summer dress was placed in the middle of the bed, presented as a wonderful gift

You smile while touching the soft fabric

Your throat tightens at an instant when you see him

The words fall out of your dry mouth way too quick and way too loud

It doesn't just confuse him, but also you

Baron shakes your hand off and makes a face, half mocking and half smug

"Okay. Now why should that be my problem?"

You swallow and reach for him again, afraid that you will totally break down if you lose touch

But he moves back, withdrawing the connection which could have been a safe haven

"This man, over there. He's... he's my ex and he did... things... and I can't... Baron I can't... alone..."

The anxiety is too big for you to form a normal sentence

Though... surprisingly... Baron understands

He holds up a hand and you go quiet, before watching how he strolls over to your abuser

"Hey, man. The girl over there..."

Just as the nightmare of your life wants to turn his head to look at you, Baron grabs him by the collar and smashes him against the wall

He's fuming

A roaring, livid, out of control wolf who has your ex trembling

"The girl over there is mine! I know what you did... Do you know what I can do?!! If you dare, even if you just think about being anywhere near her... I will end you..."

The speed with which the cowed man leaves the room is impressive, and Baron walks back to you

He's not giving you a second to thank him

"Listen, I am not a clown who plays roles for you. I am not your fucking savior, or something"

He throws you another, very annoyed look, and leaves you there

"But... you just were..."

You whisper

The match had been going for quite a while

A brutal show of fists colliding with jaws

Taker, the American Badass, isn't known for giving up

And he won't back away from the fight now

Even though blood blurs his vision and he stumbles, almost not able to stay on his feet

It hurts your heart to see this stubborn man and how he keeps standing up... and up... and up again

Eventually you can't bear the sight anymore and rush to the ring

Ready to throw fists yourself

Taker sits in a corner as you slide on the canvas, armed with a steel chair and desperate to end this massacre

He watches in surprise and awe when you attack his opponent with the chair, the sound of it bashing on the other man's back is music to his ears

A small thing like you going full berserk tickles a raspy laugh out of his throat as he enjoys the view

This, exactly this, is the moment Taker falls for you

The referee quickly ends the attack and you somehow manage to get the injured giant backstage

He drops on a couch, sitting with his legs apart, and grins at you with a certain spark in the eyes

It takes a lot of concentration not to melt under his adoring gazes as he follows every movement of yours

He wants to get in such a situation again, just to see you in full berserk mode

The sand is still warm from the sunlight, even though it's dark outside

Neither the sound of soft waves, nor the shine of the moon can soothe your mind at this moment

Your throat hurts from all the crying and the uneven breathing

Everything hurts

In the distance, Baron strays through the dunes

Looking for you, but you sat down behind a rock so he can't easily find you

There are reasons why you ran away

And the closer he gets, the more you can feel the sour taste crawling up your gullet

Baron freezes, it becomes silent

Waves of the ocean splashing

And you screaming and crying

"I can't! I can't! You are a natural disaster and I don't know how to stop you! Or how to protect myself!"

His eyes flicker all over your shaking appearance, before they turn blank and at the same time somewhat sad

"Then don't..."

He quietly breathes, turns around and walks back

Dolph is the softest, most fun daddy you can imagine

Caretaker: He takes the best care of you

His piercing blue eyes scan the room, or more the chaos which you have created in his abscence

The lips curl up to form an amused smile

When he's done, he falls next to you on the bed and pulls you in his arms

Still careful that you don't let the stuffie go

He softly asks before kissing the top of your head and closing his eyes
