We close one door and open another when it comes to stages in life. Sometimes we wander into a room we seem to not understand, or maybe the other way around. What crucial moment does it take for it all to change? Will it change willingly? Will it be for the better? Or worse?.. why doesn’t it seem to not even matter in the end? What consequences will one endure in order for this change to be considered even a bit completed? Change is supposed to be scary sometimes right? Or what can one even possibly do in order to start the process? Does it always have to feel this distant, and lonely? Progress is key but what if there’s nothing to use this key with? It feels as if you’re screaming at the top of your lungs for someone to acknowledge you, only for them to pass you on by. If the process is key then why doesn’t it let me onto your side? Knowing is half the battle on your part, but what does that mean for the other side?…what other side? If connection is key, then why doesn’t this key exist? Somebody didn’t close the door all the way..
