yo im shifting tonight i can quite literally feel it in my right buttcheek.

i know a lot of people don't like it, but i really like the advice that "shifting is as easy as breathing" because hear me out. breathing is something we all can do. it's automatic, something always happening even if you don't think about it. but if you become aware of your breath, it suddenly becomes manual and a lot harder to do because you're thinking about it so much. if aliens came to earth and asked how to breathe, you can't exactly describe it to them. you can explain the biology behind it, how our lungs work, but there's no way to teach them to breathe. try to explain breathing as if you were telling someone who has never breathed before. you really can't. and if you become aware of your breathing and it becomes manual, it's gonna take a second before it becomes automatic again.
