Nesta, or any one else for that matter, having a POV in the up coming books doesn’t have anything to do with Gwynriel or Elucien. It would just be a continuation of their voice in the story.

Ask yourself this. Did Tharion having a POV in CC effect Bryce and Hunt? Did Ithan having one effect Bryce and Hunt? Did Ruhn or Lydia having a POV effect Bryce and Hunt?

Did Aedion or Lysandra having a POV in TOG effect Rowan and Aelin? Did Manon or Dorion having a POV effect Aelin and Rowan? Did Chaol and Yrene having a POV effect Rowan and Aelin? Did Nesryn and Sartaq having POVs effect Rowan and Aelin?

The answer to all these are no, no them having a voice in the story did not effect the outcome of Bryce and Hunt’s or Rowan and Aelin’s story and relationship. So why would Nesta and Cassian or Feyre and Rhysand, or Mor and Emerie having POVs in the next book effect Gwyn and Az or Elain and Lucien being endgame?

The three of them made it to the third stage only once in the next two weeks. Roslin, Ananke, and Deirdre were close on their heels, propelling Gwyn to push her group harder. She wanted to be the first. Wanted Nesta and Emerie and her to be the ones who wiped the smirks from Azriel’s and Cassian’s faces. Especially Azriel’s.

Az had a vicious competitive streak. It wasn’t boastful and arrogant, the way Cassian knew he himself was prone to be, or possessive and terrifying like Amren’s. No, it was quiet and cruel and utterly lethal. Cassian had lost track of how many games they’d played over the centuries, with one of them certain of a win, only for Az to reveal some master strategy.

Azriel and Gwyn:

Like that the limit to their imagination and creativity....someone mentions people singing and this is the only thing their brain can conjure...

She has already written THREE immensely moving and powerful scenes that feature someone singing angelically and deeply emotionally affecting everyone who hears them. The concert in Crown of Midnight where the singer sings protest songs with the names of the people Adarlan has killed *in front of him.* Nesryn around the fire with the Rukhin. And Gwyn in the service that was so powerful Nesta was able to astral project and succeed in finding the Harp when nothing else she tried had worked.

Sarah appreciates and loves a good vocal performance. She respects singers tremendously, understands that music is magic, and knows how to write it into her books well.

Spoiler alert: it doesn’t. Gwyn having or not having the necklace changes nothing in that chapter. Clotho having it, not having it, Gwyn wearing it or not, Elain wanting it back… IT. DOESN’T. MATTER.
