About The Blog
This blog is an archive of recipes written with the needs of people with ADHD, food allergies, and other disabilities in mind. Accessibility is a high priority, so feel free to get in touch if you have suggestions for improving my posts’ visual readability, compatibility with screen readers, and/or lowering eyestrain.
The rest of my effort will be going into adapting recipes to contain the fewest number of steps, ingredients, and kitchen tools while maximizing the nutritional output of each meal. Not all recipes will be a complete meal in themselves, but most will do in a pinch.
Most recipes on this blog will be specifically adapted for use with an Instant Pot pressure cooker. I, the author, don’t personally own an instant pot— this blog is a resource I am compiling for someone I know who does own an instant pot. As such, all recipe posts will be tagged with a test status, as explained below:
Recipe Tags
test status untested this is an experimental recipe and may require significant adjustments
test status tested this recipe has been tested at least once but may need more adjustments
test status approved this recipe has been tested multiple times and yields consistently adequate results

Ingredient tags will include keywords for certain prominent ingredients to help make the archive searchable by what you have in your fridge and pantry. Ingredient tags will also include common allergens for filtering purposes. This feature will never be perfect. Tumblr’s tag system is frequently broken. I will do my best anyways.
