So yesterday I receive an email from Amazon KDP informing me that instead of arriving that day, my first order of the Lower Heaven Episode 1 paperbacks would be arriving more than a week later, on September 3rd. This screwed up my plans to appear at the @metalwoodpdx maker's market yesterday. My new friend Rohit here also assures me that the next two orders of books for the Wizard of Boone's Book of Magick Release party will be on time and not get hit with an added week of shipping time... but something tells me I'll need to be on the phone with them next week to make sure the dates they're putting on their orders are actually correct this time... ugh, super annoying. Definitely got a little shafted by KDP here. If the dates on your delivery don't see to be adding up, call them beforehand, and I suppose make sure your orders are due to arrive a full week ahead of when you need then since they apparently aren't above overpromising on delivery times. Regardless though, paperbacks are winging towards both Boone and Portland, and you can download episode 1 as a 0.99 cent ebook right now with the link in my bio.
