‘The bond between paladin and cleric is ensured by their upbringing. Chosen by bloodline, united at birth, the two are bonded together by memories and shared hardships. Mike the Brave swore to protect his cleric, Will the Wise, before they were even given their oath names. ‘

The sounds of writers block echoed through Mike’s apartment. He was supposed to post his next “chapter” of sorts today. The only issue is, he doesn’t know how to continue. He’s trying to add on to the culture of his world of fantasy characters, but all his inspiration came from DnD games of the past, and he’s run out of campaigns. He lives in New York now, while Dustin and Lucas live back in Hawkins. 

He’ll just post what he has. Only three people follow his story anyway. 

On second thought, he doesn’t want to canonize oath names. And he can’t just leave them without WHY it’s so important that Mike swore to Will before getting them.

‘Mike the Brave swore to protect his cleric, Will the Wise, before they were give their titles. Who before had done such an act? If Will didn’t become a cleric, or Mike a paladin, then they would still have to protect one another. If you swear to someone, and they die, what are you to do?’
