Hi there too both of you, this question is aimed more at tom, so how did or do you deal with the overnight hard ons? because im struggling with this over night, I wake up an its stretching my balls out ( as I have quite a large sack im told) and its very painfully while I more or less wait for it too go down, this is the only thing that's stopping me from lasting alot longer
π Tom here. I hate to break it to you, but this is the kind of thing that will only work out over time as your body adapts.
Normallt I shower at night, and back when I started I used to put a lot of cream around the ring which helped with the "ball burn" feeling of my skin being stretched.
You don't mention what cage you're using, but I also found that a narrow cage would help keep erections down, unlike nub cages. That is, try a more narrow cage instead of a shorter one, because it keeps the vascular inflation to a minimum.
And while you're busy training your body, I have found that it helps to get out of bed and sit on the toilet to urinate. It doesn't stop the stretched, but it does reduce your erection.
