I come to You feeling overwhelmed and uncertain. You know my worries about finances, my fears about the future, and the heaviness I’ve been carrying in my heart. I ask that You bring stability into my life… open the right doors, provide opportunities, and guide me toward wise decisions.

Lord, please restore my joy. Help me to feel happy again, not just for a moment, but deeply within. Take away the doubt and replace it with confidence… not just in myself, but in who You created me to be. Remind me that I am capable, worthy, and never alone.

Teach me to trust in Your plan, even when I don’t understand it. When I feel anxious or discouraged, help me to lean on You instead of my fears. Give me peace in the waiting and strength in the process.

I surrender my worries to You, knowing that You see what I cannot and are working things out for my good. Thank You for Your love, Your provision, and Your timing.

I feel overwhelmed right now.

My thoughts are everywhere, and I don’t feel grounded. I keep trying to figure everything out, but it’s just making me more anxious. I feel lost… like I don’t know what’s next or what I’m supposed to do.

Please slow my mind down.

Give me peace in this moment… not later, but right now.

Help me trust that I don’t have to have all the answers today.

Remind me that I’m not alone, even when it feels like it.

Take this heaviness off my chest.

Replace it with calm, with clarity, with a sense that I’m going to be okay.

Guide me one step at a time.

Even if I can’t see the whole path, just show me the next right step.

And please hold me together when I feel like I’m falling apart.
