Born in Ibaraki, Tokyo, on August 25, 1961, Ikuko Itoh (伊藤 郁子 Itō Ikuko?) has done many animation projects for Toei Animation including Mahou Tsukai Tai/Magic Users Club and the popular anime series Sailor Moon where she served as Animation Director and Character Designer. Notable episodes featuring her animation direction include the death of Nephrite, the death of the Inner Senshi, the first appearance of the Holy Grail, and the last episode of SuperS.
