everything goes as normal with the best ending, Cassie doesn't go down to face the old god but instead is busy trying to distract the doctor from stopping Howard. (Maybe burn a few things since atp she slowly gets over her pyrophobia, but she also just hates the doc that much. Maybe even break Sam's weird capsule thing to piss him off.) But since her family were the ones originally keeping the old god at bay, she will help Howard from the surface by giving him a cool ability to slow down time so he can hit the bells easier.

But there is a possibility that she dies if some criteria isn't met. Knowhere will ask for two extra items important to Cassandra's past; a medal and a set of rings. Fail to find these items and Cassie will be shot in the head by the doctor.

This event won't change any of the endings since Cassandra's entire character is about avoiding, accepting or facing tragedy. As long as you actually care about her and listen to her it can be avoided. Here's something I posted on a discord channel made for the game to explain it better.

But a side effect of this is that Howard's sanity bar will fill up ten-times faster then usual. I'm tempted to make two extra endings based on how Howard handles the situation: one, he can either move on properly and eventually names a undiscovered star after her (Written in the stars). Or he can pull a Morose, makes a deal with another oc (im too lazy to draw at the moment) and bring her back as a zombie that absolutely hates her existence. Idk i might not make these endings.

I might even put an option for Howard to send Cassie to go back to the mainland with Angelique. But after everything is said and done she helps Phillip with Howard and when the doctor confronts, them Cassie just fuckin smirks since her future vision was fully restored after they put the great one to sleep, so she knows what's about to happen.

Since Cassie is kinda psychic...does this mean she can warm Howard about the more dangerous things? (Like the Molten Men, The Moon Man, Morose...the ancient one?)

And how does she react to Nessie?

she does warn him quite often if something or someone hostile is close by, like a spider-man's spidey sense, but only by a few meters. Usually she can read snippets of people's minds but ever since getting on the island she oddly can't unless they're right beside her, its like the island trying to stop her.

I had a question about the How-Dad au! Mainly on how Howard reacted after finding out that she stowed away.

Another question is, how does she deal with the uh... dangers of the island?

He was panicking so badly he almost threw up, but kept a calm front. After all the island should be safe, Morose didn't actually go mad right?... (it was not safe) At first he tried to keep his distance, it was her fault for following him, and he was more focused on saving Phillip.

But after a run in with some molten men he realized that she was not infact an adult who can make smart decisions, that he couldn't let her take the boat back since he also need a way to return, and that he was responsible for someone for once. But it was nice to have someone who was so adamant on helping him.
