BOUBOU

A parody of Norman Rockwell’s “The Gossips”, with Tezuka Star System actors (plus Tezuka himself). Not sure why I felt it was absolutely necessary to dedicate several hours to this and nothing else, but I did. It was definitely a learning curve because I don’t draw side profiles too often, and I struggle with consistency. It was a fun challenge!

I was taking a look at Ribbon no Kishi. ARR subtitled the show, but their subtitles are abominable. The first four episodes are salvageable by removing his vandalism of Garasu no Bara's subtitle work, but the rest need to be wiped clean and retranslated. If there are any volunteer translators who'd like to work on this project, I'd be more than happy to provide RAWs and timed subtitle files.

I really don't feel so inspired to draw the other thing you asked me for (I have a tremendous creative block) BUT- I decided to get out of my comfort zone with this drawing, I'm not good at drawing perspective but I tried it ...I also apologize for the delay, I don't use Tumblr much
