Adding a hc to this: Rich’s brother, “I stole my older brother’s Jason mask”, is mute and is the reason that Rich knows ASL. Both of them were quite close growing up and despite the challenges they faced at home, and Rich’s brother’s disability, they were both there for each other. But it wasn’t enough. Rich’s mental health was getting worse and despite his best efforts, his brother couldn’t help him. This led to Rich getting a squip…
