My scoby is finally mature enough to start a second jar of kombucha. Now that it's warm the fermentation will go faster. I hope to be able to add a third jar in a few ferments.
I started with oolong and stuck with that since it's my favorite tea. The second jar is jasmine. Third will be regular green. I might add a fourth, but those three are the types of tea I usually have on hand in loose leaf.
