Basics!

A Link Between Worlds is a sequel to A Link to the Past, the game introduces new characters, lands, and fun lore! Any questions for either games, don’t be afraid to ask! I’m a huge dork who played all LOZ game haha! 

While she may look somewhat familiar to Princess Zelda, Hilda is her own person with unique traits that differs from Zelda. She’s an inverted reflection of Zelda, her kingdom of Lorule reflects Hyrule. She’s cunning and intelligent but lacks foresight and wisdom that Zelda has. And is also very sorrowful and likes to keep to herself. Boss baby might be a good term for her, actually.

She’s the antagonist of the game, being the mastermind behind the plot of the game. She’s an anti-villain who’s well-intended and manages to redeem herself in the end. 

That said, main verse is during the events of the game. Where she’s evil. If she sees your character have anything relating to the Triforce or royal family, she will try to manipulate them to her own benefits. This also holds true if she sees other uses outside of that. Post-game verse she’s not evil. She works to fix the kingdom, herself, and her relationship with Ravio. Speaking of!!

@lorulelegend is my main Ravio ;v; I am open to interacting with other Ravios and exploring relationships but romance is off the table. 

Multi-ship but very, very slow burn. She’s not only evil, but shy <3 give her time.

“What bigger problem?” He pulled away from her again as she accepted his hug but did not hug back. Which since she had already told him she never got hugs he was okay with that. At least she let him give her a hug to start with. Though, now she had him scratching his head as he tried to figure out what problem was to big for a hug.

Guilt. His comfort was sweet poison. Regret, anger, other conflicted feelings trickles into her heart each time Link extends kindness to her. He may not know any of that just yet, and if she can help it he will never know of her true intentions. Her back faces him once he lets go, she was quick to walk away thus creating some distance between the two. 

“Ones that you could never hope to understand.” Mysteriousness in her statement concealed her thoughts. “And I hope you can never come to an understanding to such complex problems.”

“It is nothing worth truly worrying about. As long as I stay strong, peace will remain, no matter how many times monsters launch attacks against the capital city. I am fortunate, it would be wrong to express as anything other than such.”

It certainly is a box, and certainly of characters! Your URL don’t lie bby. I give it a nine because I hate how xkit includes the dashes when answering your asks hWEOH but no joking aside I like it a lot!

It’s easy to navigate, read, and is cute to me! Love how you organize your muse list too and give each muse their own bios!  I can’t help but feel a bit annoyed at lack of bio and just lists of characters. I understand why since there’s a lot going on but it’s hard to know how the character is like since people tend to have unique spins depending how they view the character, especially if they’re OCs.

She’s cold, but cares too much. It’s her large motivation. While she would love to see Lorule return to its glory, by her hands alone due to time being out once she comes into reign, she wants the lands to have light once more to bring hope to her people. I do like that Link manages to touch several Loruleans since this proves that they’re aren’t entirely nasty. It’s possible for them to be Nice, it might take some time for them to warm up, and they may not be like Hyrulean levels of nice. HOWEVER! They can still change no matter how long it may take. 

That possibly means with time there will be no more brainwashed knights, no more cults, less thieves. The monsters in Lorule are crazy strong, stronger than Hyrule’s as a matter of fact, but maybe that will be one of the few dangers Lorule has to face after the return of their triforce. And Hilda is ok with this. And several places that have been corrupted mayhaps will become pure throughout time. 

And who knows? Maybe the master sword will make its appearance. Legend isn’t active at the moment on their blogs, but we have a thread planned out where rumors of the sword is at Death Mountain rather than Skull Woods. Lorule is parallel to Hyrule, there are differences as Hilda says. So, we decided to go with the route that the Master Sword is in there. It’s corrupted though due to lack of light in their lands.  

Hilda doubts the gods will communicate with them once the triforce is gone. She does have a fear that they may incur their wrath for breaking something so sacred. It was to stop conflict and bloodshed, but again she doesn’t think that gods are good and can be cruel and a bit evil as well!

NAME. Hilda of Lorule NICKNAME(S). None, unless you wanna die. Her grace is the closest you can get. She likes respectful titles to be seen as someone serious.  ALIAS(ES). Forsaken Princess, Failure, Princess of Lorule, heir to the throne, etc etc take your pick AGE. 20 SPECIES. Human don’t be fooled by Elf Ears, it’s lore related reasons for hearing the gods hweoh she more than likely descended from the god who protected Lorule before reincarnating as mortal. Legend and I decided to call this god: Lorin. My guy, we have a lot of lore cooked up ;v;  ZODIAC. Oh you know my ass made her Scorpio-dragon after reading about it, chinese zodiac goes by years rather than months but I’m sticking by it hmph! It’s hard to place her in the right zodiac that fits either way... because I am Stupid™ with zodiac honestly.  GEMSTONE. THIS ONE I’M NOT STUPID BECAUSE I HAVE INTEREST IN GEMSTONE AND MEANINGS SINCE I WAS BABY. I... actually collect rocks and stones hweoh, living up to my name. I’d have to go with goldstone for the meaning behind it! She is in desprate need of an Infinite stone tho. And also insert blood MORAL ALIGNMENT.   Oof, best way I can put it? Morally Grey, she has good intentions, but has pretty questionable methods. Post-ALBW... well, less of that but the good intentions stay behind! Hildy is a good person at the end of the day! I mean, she isn’t an anti-villain for no reason after all! ABILITIES / POWERS.  Barrier and sealing magic, like Princess Zee-Zee. And has pretty good PSI such as teleportation either to other places or to a small pocket of space, telepathy with little to no limits, and being able to see anywhere across her lands granted with limited range to her vision. Since she knows Lorule like the back of her hand, she’ll know what location someone’s at. Uh, whatever is the mirror version of Light magic. Her magic has a darker aesthetic than Zelda’s gold magic in-game, I think it might be light magic with just different coloring, but dark magic could be at play here too. Hyrule and Lorule do share some things, however, both have their own differences too. It’s why Ravio isn’t just Dark Link or Hilda Dark Zelda. They are literal inverted folk from their Hylian counterparts. So, something to come back to!  INTERESTS. Fairytales... surprising, right? You wouldn’t expect something like that from someone like her. She likes reading stories of glory days where the hero triumphs over whatever evil they need to defeat with things working out well in the end. It’s pretty symbolic and feeds into her hope that soon, eventually, Lorule will have their happy ending as well once she (the hero) manages to return the triforce to the lands. She likes drinking and collecting various teas, flower arranging is always relaxing provided she can find nice ones or the time, cooking is also relaxing to her. And she adores chess, playing against herself or anyone who wants to play. She also likes work too, she values productivity so it always feels nice to see hard work getting done right. Likes to play the lute uvu  FEARS. Absolute and utter destruction. It’s not failure, although that is the major source of her anxiety, nope! It’s destruction of her home and being out of time. It’s why I’ll always applaud her for her actions at the end of the game. To make things right, she gives up everything and... oh good lord I’m about to cry over ALBW ending let me stop here. Disappointment is also a big fear too though. 

GUILTY PLEASURES. SADLY NOT ROMANCE GIRL IS FUCKING HOPELESSLY DUMB WITH ROMANCE SHE’S A DEPRESSED, EDGY WORKAHOLIC AND ALL THAT. Needlework. She sucks at it but likes to do a little needlework, nonetheless. Also, she does love cutesy things/people. Rabbits, dogs, and birds being her favorite animals. Namely ravens but, yanno... she has a soft spot though. I guess her fairytale readings and daydreaming of a hero to save the day can be considered this too! She’d die if anyone were to find out hweoh.  SPOKEN LANGUAGES. MAN I HAVE NO CLUE, Lorule is different from Hyrule yet they seem to understand each other just fine. So whatever language Hylian fuck it.  PROFESSION. Heiress of the throne... aka... princess. It’s her job to run her country as best as she can. Lord knows she’s trying, it’s hard when almost everything is corrupted. From the nobles, the royal court, some of her people, the lands themselves. Not everyone is, there are people who do help out in her court.
