Did cute baby J get your attention? Good! I decided to start a blog. As you may or may not know January struggles with ADHD and severe anxiety. Our every day looks probably a lot different than you would expect. And I know we aren’t alone. And I want to talk about it more. I want to normalize it so more kids know it’s ok to admit that they aren’t ok. And so more parents know that they aren’t alone. So every week either myself or January will post a new blog. At least once a week. But who knows what might happen. I’m not ruling anything out. I’m just excited. I have linked to the blog in my profile. It’s called Chill Out Kiddo. I decided on that name because it’s something people say to anxious kids.
