nick may have less key relations but he was the much-needed source of stability. he’s roger’s boy best friend to this day (except for the 15 years they didn’t talk to each other) and the only one who not only puts up with him but enjoys it

rick was quite isolated in the band’s heyday and he and david weren’t even really friends until the late 80’s/90’s. even then it took a while but they got very close!! yay :)

theoretically I have no proof syd had significant more animosity towards roger than the rest of them but given the % of the pf discography that’s rog’s guilt-torture over him I think we can let him have it
