Amidst this dire situation,My heart aches for my son Nasser, who is 4 years old, and suffers from a thyroid problem that has caused him delayed growth and mental retardation. We lack the means to provide him with medical treatment and the most basic necessities, such as diapers and milk. My husband, Rami, works as a home electrician. He moved away from us for 3 years so that he could raise the money necessary to build a beautiful house for our family and to open a shop that would be a source of livelihood for our family. But the war destroyed our house and our shop, it destroyed everything beautiful. We became without a home or a source of livelihood.💔💔😭😭

Allow me to share with you the stark reality we face. With the outbreak of conflict, we sought refuge in the south, settling in Deer Albalah, clinging to the hope of safety until the storm of war abated. Yet, our reality is now a tent in a refugee camp devoid of basic amenities. Our living space is confined, lacking toilets, kitchens, and even access to clean water and electricity. For full year, we've endured the harshness of our circumstances, battling not only the physical challenges but also the pervasive illnesses that haunt the refugee camp. All these conditions directly affected my son Nasser's health for the worst. It breaks my heart to see my child suffering and needing medical aid while I have nothing I can do.😭😭💔💔💔

Hence, I ask you for your kindness and generosity to support our cause. Fahed (@/fahed-2) & Reem (@/reem-reem-0), fled south together with their children & their children's grandmother. Fahed's sister's family of 5 fled south as well, and the 13 of them remained together. But after 14 months of surviving hell as a unit (and nearly reaching their campaign goal) the family is now facing one of the worse decisions imaginable: who will be able to evacuate Gaza and who will be forced to stay behind.

There may be an opportunity for evacuation soon, but they're bracing for separation, with Fahed staying behind with his sister and her family. It's hard enough reunifying in Gaza, but with the border with Egypt between them, there's no telling when (or if) they'll ever see each other again. It shouldn't be a choice this family has to make: who survives, who may not. Their kids shouldn't be forcibly separated from their dad, nor Reem from her husband.

Fahed & Reem are some of the kindest, gentlest people ever, and their kids are dazzling, just absolute sweethearts. They've all lost so much and experienced too much, and somehow, kept finding a way to endure.

yastrday I want to the Market (Deir al-Balah city in the middle of the Gaza Strip) to buy diapers and milk for my baby Ibrahim 9 months after spend more than 3 hours to find anyone sales it I found 2 people have milk and diapers ... the important point how much they ask? how much the price? .. Don't be shocked the milk can number 2 price around 32$ which just 400 gram which not enough for 1 week.... l leave him and walk then I found who's sales the diapers number 4 and the only one I found and I feel happy when I see he have size 4 diapers then I stop and ask him how much this pack which contains 40 pieces... here really the big disaster just imagine and don't lost your mind who's read this post... he ask 340 (Shekel) which means 96 $ usd... for a moment I think he joke with me then I ask him again how much you said? he repeat same price and say if you don't just put back and leave from here I looked to him and hold myself not hit him after that i walk away and sit down beside the main road looking to sky and talk with myself what is going on? where we will reach? I hold myself not crying front of people and I keep say may Allah take my soul I want leave this world. Then I stand and back to my tent walk with empty hands and whole the way keep thinking what I want tell my wife she wait me more than 3 and half hours what I want tell my baby my child Ibrahim? This one of stories I shared with you.. put yourself in my place what I should do .... another story I'm not tell you yet about vegetables and groceries prices I will write soon every types and how much?

For more than a year this has been the news; everytime I am to write a post for a family, I go online and this is all I get to see. Nothing has changed in all this time. The occupation forces still bomb schools without any repercussions- they murder hundreds of people-they lay down seige-they allow no aid to pass through and terrified Gazans remain at a loss as to what to do and how to survive.

So nothing changed and nothing got better, rather things are worse now than they were in October 2023. As it stands, the whole of Gaza strip has been bombed multiple times, causing people to be displaced over and over again and lose precious resources like clothes and shoes. I cannot stress how important these resources are when children have to live out in the open sand and when people have to travel long miles to either get a connection or food. My friend Siraj Abudayeh ( @siraj2024z ) has been displaced SEVEN times and 2 months ago his extended family was displaced when the occupation forces closed in on their camp. With the onslaught of winter Siraj has to provide all of his family members with winter clothes and shoes that they have gradually lost when they were forced to flee. He has to provide for TWENTY FOUR people. Currently your donations have helped Siraj to rent a shelter for 10 of his most vulnerable family members but this means that 14 others, including Siraj himself is still living in tents! He is so cold and so are his sons. The nights are terrible and the tent which went through the wear and tear of the weather for the better part of this year, is barely any protection at all.

So please, please donate to Siraj. He wants nothing expensive, he has said that he will buy the cheapest winter clothes that are available in the market. But please we must raise at least 3k for Siraj ASAP. He has received no donations for over 12 hours and is currently stuck at $93,426 CAD

For the first time, winter has become a heavy nightmare instead of a season of rest and tranquility. In these fragile tents that barely withstand the wind, the cold and rain have come to expose their weakness and deepen our suffering.

Last night, we were completely flooded. The ground beneath us turned into a pool, and the rain pierced through the tent, relentlessly falling on our heads. The children shivered from the cold, their small hands desperately seeking warmth amidst soaked blankets. I tried my best to wrap them in my arms, to create a sense of safety in the midst of this fear, but everything around us kept getting worse.

As if wars and destruction weren’t enough, winter has come to complete the harshness of our conditions. The rain seeps through mercilessly, and the cold paralyzes us. Yet, we will endure. We have no choice but to endure, but the situation worsens day by day, and we don’t know what tomorrow will bring under these cruel circumstances.

Israel “outright denied” 82 out of 91 attempts since 26 October to deliver aid to besieged areas in northern Gaza, said Georgios Petropoulos, head of the UN humanitarian office in Gaza. More attempts were unsuccessful because of “denials of specific locations or specific supplies,” he said in a statement reported by The Washington Post on 26 November.

The aid that has reached Gaza is being looted by criminal gangs, which are able to operate freely after Israel began killing members of the Gaza police attempting to secure aid deliveries earlier this year. “It is tactical, systematic, criminal looting,” Petropoulos told the BBC. [...] The BBC was told that “thefts often happen in clear sight of Israeli soldiers or surveillance drones but that the army fails to intervene. [...] Stolen goods are apparently being stored outside or in warehouses in areas under Israeli military control”.
