I am once again violently reminded of the fact one guy plays all these characters

First up was Virgil and Logan

Say hello to Discipline, the part of you dead-set on constant productivity, fulfilling a purpose, and sticking it out. He's no-nonsense, and more than a bit strict. He's the voice in your head planning tomorrow in advance, and the next day, and the next, ambitiously cramming as much as humanly possible into the day. And when you don't meet expectations, he's not afraid to bite you back. He doesn't compromise easily, and will retaliate when he isn't listened to, often with punishing words or self-inflicted 'motivating' consequences in an effort to get you to stick to commitments. He's extremely harsh and unyeilding, but he ultimately wants you to succeed and achieve your goals.
