having bpd and going through Happy Mania and Anger Mania are two different things, one will fill you with love and excitement for the world and being so sweet towards everything being filled with alotta energy. you buy a fuck ton of things that make you feel good, overspending a bit. the other gives you a lot of energy as well but a very dark and scary kind. you’re filled with rage and bitterness but it drives you to make impulsive and destructive decisions, making you feel like you’re running a fucking marathon. hatred and raw blackness fills you to the core, everything is awful and triggering. everybody is terrible and you want to fucking scream, yet both types of mania make you feel so powerful
