There is a man at my work who has been harassing me for a really long time. I put in a formal complaint in December after he followed me into the toilets and it was escalated obviously but they said he was protected because he has a learning disability so no action was taken. They said I’m protected as a woman and they’d keep him away from me but he’s getting braver again and every single time there’s no management he starts with me. Today he told me he forgives me for telling on him following me into the toilet. What do you mean you forgive me😩 ugh this is never going to end
