Louis is completely fluent in French which usually manifests in two different ways

he frequently swears under his breath in French (especially while at school so teachers don’t dock points)

and he switches between nonsensical and garbled French and English at least until 9:30 in the morning which is when he actually begins to function

Louis has a gray cat named Nibbles (which is probably the wildest name for a cat, and he gets teased about it every day) but he’s absolutely in love with her

Nibbles loves Louis just as much and always lies on top of him when he sleeps

(she’s very cuddly and comfortable) 

out of all his family, Louis is closest to Dominique, Lucy, and Albus

Louis and Dominique in all of their struggles have always been able to connect in a way that Louis and Victoire were never quite able to, although their lesser age difference probably played a hand in that

Dominique is one of the few people Louis can talk to, and he trusts her with everything, and she is fiercely protective over him

Lucy, Louis, and Albus all get along well because they are in the same year and have similar insecurities about how well they fit into the mold of the Weasley-Potters that their older siblings had created

all three of them are also not in Gryffindor, which is a whole other thing

Louis actually genuinely liked flying, he loved the feeling of being free and above everything else, but Quidditch was a huge no in his book

he was a decent flier but when you threw in Bludgers, Quaffles, and hoops that just seemed to make you crash into them, he was a huge mess

everyone always made fun of him, but at least he could have an intelligent conversation with Aunt Hermione while the rest of his cousins were falling out of the sky and breaking their limbs like idiots

Louis is also ridiculously good-looking

like there is no way that should be a surprise to anyone

his mother is Fleur Delacour who is part-Veela and is so incredibly beautiful and Bill Weasley had always been notorious for his good looks

so Louis having been blessed with those genes is absolutely beautiful 

he definitely looks more like his mom - he has silvery blond hair and icy blue eyes and sometimes he really knows how to work his charm to his advantage

(he may not be a Slytherin but he was close)

lastly, Louis is very very gay

and he’s a disaster gay too

show him a pretty boy and his brain stops working, and he can never stop stuttering

Fred II and Roxanne are incredibly close

Fred is the only one in the world who’s allowed to nickname Roxanne and keep their life after they do so

he takes this privilege very seriously and always calls her something like Rox, Roxie, Anne, or Annie

Fred is also fiercely protective of Roxanne - they are only three years apart, but she means the world to him, and he does everything he can to protect her from being hurt

of course, sometimes he goes overboard and Roxanne gets pissed when he doesn’t realize that she needs to do her own experiencing and growing up

but they always make up afterwards and tell each other everything

Fred was always called Freddie up until Christmas break as a third year

on Platform 9 ¾, Lily had jumped up to greet him and hugged him, telling her Freddie how much she missed him

at that moment, the beautiful Scarlett Davies had walked by, smirking, and said, “Bye, Freddie,”

Fred had turned so incredibly red, and he then told his family if they ever called him Freddie, he’d never speak to them again

Roxanne was the only one who never listened

Fred is a phenomenal Beater (especially when he’s paired with Roxanne) but always says he’s too busy to be on the Gryffindor team

he breaks James’ heart every time because James wants his best friend on the team so bad, and he just can’t get Fred to join

he mostly only uses his skills during Potter-Weasley Quidditch games, where he focuses on lovingly pelting the Bludgers after some unfortunate victim (mainly Al, Hugo, or Louis)

Fred starts crushing on Natalie Swann from their Third Year in Hogwarts and consistently pines to James and Dominique about her

he finally plucks up the courage to ask her out in their Fourth Year for the end of year dance

 when he sees her standing at the top of the stairs with her beautiful curly hair and sparkling eyes he knows he wants to spend the rest of his life with her

he loves pranking with James as his partner in crime—but there’s more to him than that

Fred sometimes feels incredible pressure to live up to his namesake, to be the man his father wants him to be, to lessen the pain of losing the first Fred that his family had felt, and he can’t help but feel a little resentment towards the pressure put upon him

Fred is also very close with his mother, Angelina, and she is one of the few people who can see the effects of the pressure placed on Fred
