what if i think ab something but forget ab it does it create? like for example if worry ab a situation and affirm it how i want but still doubt about it but then i forget ab the situation for weeks i dont affirm anything ab it or think from the negative side of it since i forgot ab it what will happen?

In short, I'd say you'll still be stuck with the bad situation. Until you change your assumption abt it, it'll be reflected in your 3d as it is rn
The key to manifestation is to naturally be in the state of having your desire, and to be in that state as often as possible
If you start obsessively thinking about that situation, pause, and then get back into the state of fulfillment, of having the desire, the ideal situation
To get into the state, there are so many techniques. And the truth is, the only right techniques are the ones you believe work for you
Around 90-95% of our thoughts, we think robotically, based on our old thinking patterns. There could be a few patterns abt the situation that run in your head during those weeks when you (think you) forgot about the situation. That's why it's crucial and helpful to discover what assumptions/beliefs we unconsciously have abt things, so we can at least work with them to craft the life of bliss and joy that we deserve :)
Imo, thinking w/o feeling/emotion, once or twice doesn't create anything. If it did, all the random thoughts we had all the time would create. Unless you think the thought over and over till it becomes a pattern or a dominant thought. Think of underground rivers. You can't see them but they exist and they run and they were first formed by tiny streams collecting, right? (This example may not be scientifically correct lol)
So what does create? EIYPO says your assumptions about everything is what's reflected back to you

Your inner world -> 3D
So your current unwanted situation? It's persisting in the 3D coz of some assumptions you hold abt it
Randomly affirming then forgetting abt it (and not with the deep sense of knowing your desire's done/happened/on its way) isn't very likely to manifest the ideal situation, don't you think, friend?
Remember how powerful you are. If you've accidentally created this unwanted reality/situation in the first place, you can change it. Not by changing it directly. But by changing yourself. Changing your assumption abt it. Changing your story abt you and the situation. Be the author of your own story 😁
When you worry abt it, you're focusing on how much u don't want the situation, and all the locked up emotions abt it attack you (worry, negativity, fear, stress etc)
No, no. Not anymore! My friend, when you affirm, you say you still feel doubt abt it, right? That's okay. Coz this is where the epic magic of persistence comes in
Faith and persistence
That's all you need. Say your affirmations with faith, belief and conviction (tell yourself your faith overpowers any fear and doubts you have!) And persist in living from the end, from the state of having, until it 'hardens into reality'
