I want you to know that if you lost years of your life as a result of your trauma that it is not too late to still have a good life. It might not be the life you thought you’d have, but it can still be good. You’re going to be okay. 

we get to try again tomorrow, little by little, without burning ourselves out. do it, just don’t push it too much. do it scared, but don’t force yourself through something terrifying or else you’ll end up petrified. it’s okay to go in baby steps. they still count as moving forward
