CUPCAKE DUCTAPE is lanny of ALANNA GURR AND THE GREATEST STATE and steph of ESTHER GREY. their tape, GET OVER ITÂ (LRL12) was released at kazoo!âs 9th birthday party earlier this month. the first batch of tapes feature hand-drawn cupcakes with glitter-glue icing. yum yum!

The poppy Waterloo, ON band formed back in the early aughts under the leadership of Tyson Brinacombe, with his bandmates consisting of the inhabitants of "Trepid House" â a now-defunct house located at (you guessed it!) 130 King St. in their hometown. The new EP pays homage to the former address and features songs from the band's archives that have been recently revisited and reworked with the added bonuses of extra musical experience and a sense of nostalgia. Â
