Even though I’ve been busy, I watched the Spiderman Far From Home movie with my bf last July 6. It was a nice break from everything and I really enjoyed it.

Went to Eastwood to visit friends and for a night out. Didn’t really drink too much. Pass muna ako sa hard drinks hahaha na-trauma ata ako sa girl’s night out namin. I had been only drinking beer after that buuuut I’m not a fan of beer. So, that means I’ve been sober since then. HAHA!

I was a bookworm in high school. But in all honesty, I prefer movies over reading. But reading gives me this satisfaction and pleasure (weird?) that can’t be compared to anything fulfilling I already had. I love that my imagination goes wild and how the characters make way into my heart one by one. I love how I will portray these different scenarios in my mind and that nothing is wrong and anything is possible. And I can recreate each chapter a hundred times when I read it over and over and over and over again and again and again. It’s out of control but it feels good.

In college I don’t have the time to read or money to buy books anymore (dami gastos and requirements to pay for 😂). I don’t like downloading pdfs, I like physically holding the book and add it to my collection after.

A friend recently messaged our group chat that he has a friend who’s selling preloved books. I checked her instagram account and saw the book (Why We Broke Up by Daniel Handler) that I wanted to buy for the longest time in the bookstore but too expensive that I’ll always put the book back the shelf. Originally the book costs Php 599 but I only bought it for Php 250. I immediately contacted her and got the book. It was so exciting because I hadn’t bought a book for a long time. The book was still in very good condition and at a very low price.

I’m planning to write a review and if I like (or love) the book! But it might take some time and I wish I’ll enjoy it. 💓

I know my limits and I walked passed that. Went out with my girlfriends last thursday (August 2) and we got waaaaaaaaaasted! I spent 2 days recovering because that’s the worst hangover I had gotten. Hahahahaha!
